Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience Ryan. We can appreciate you were hoping for a quicker and cheaper turnaround for your VW but the parts availabilty prevented that. I have reviewed the entire file and the back and forth emails with the service manager and it looks like the goal was to avoid two claims and tow deductible charges for you as it was felt the less you paid the more it would be appreciated. You still have warranty on the vehicle and if you require further assistance we would love to assist.

Sorry to hear your experience wasn't as expected BB. With your visit there should have been a courtesy 85 point inspection that should have detailed what the technician found. Our service manager has been made aware of your experience and suggested you call in to get addressed as there may be some confusion.
