Diana is the main reason I continue to return. She made efforts to fit me in when it was very inconvenient for them. Very much appreciated More

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review Mike. We understand the frustration as many customers believe there are tech's waiting for their vehicle when they arrive and the actual service repair time is all the time a visit should take. We will continue to work on this as we respect our valued customers time as well as appreciate their support and business.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience Denis. The service team will look at what happened that this information did not get included with your repair order. This is certainly not what we wanted from the team and not what we wanted for you. One of the team members will reach out to see if we can assist to resolve the situation for you at your earliest convenience.
