I brought my Jeep in and was really impressed with the service all around. The team also sent me videos and photos showing a leak they found which was so helpful to see. Fairly good experience for the first couple years. Seems the service department requires a complete overhaul. I had my vehicle in for service more hours this summer than I drive it over a wide range o Seems the service department requires a complete overhaul. I had my vehicle in for service more hours this summer than I drive it over a wide range of things. To the point that once I finally thought the service appointments were all done, someone else from scheduling called me to make a routine service appointment. There's a little thing I like to call a collaborative customer file. The service manager is really good, however she's just one person. The techs, IMO need to be trained in housekeeping in the vehicles they work on, and proper organization, as they "misplaced" a few asthetical pieces to my front dash after my AC evaporator needed to be replaced. I had to push some of the trim back in, as well, clean the windshield, etc. Overall, not a good summer. I don't want to buy another vehicle from here just to avoid the service department. I'd go to the other Chrysler dealer in town, but I've also heard l,from good sources, that it's even worse! More
