We understand it can be frustrating when expectations are not met. I reviewed your online vehicle appraisal with the information provided when the vehicle arrived. It seems there were a lot of assumptions made by the online estimate that were not disclosed until the vehicle was here. The vehicle would not rank as being in "average" condition or even rough, therefore the amount was adjusted to reflect the condition. The discount offered on your vehicle of interest can still be provided if it remains in stock should you decide.

Sorry to hear your last experience wasn't as hoped Paul. At Moncton Chrysler we take our customer's satisfaction very serious and we looked into your service visit. As the originating dealer did, the service team sent the picture of your bumper into the OEM for review and received the same news. Unfortunately the OEM's warranty does not cover physical damages or accidents, purposeful or not. Our parts department would be happy to provide you with a quotation for getting the bumper painted and or the bumper replaced at the lowest cost possible for you. Please let us know if you would like us to assist.
