Sorry to hear you are not happy with your transaction Lee. I have carefully reviewed your complaint and file with the team to better understand the concerns and you feeling ripped off. It seems there is a misunderstanding. The original purchase agreement you signed and the amount we received match exactly, which included the deposit. Your deposit was applied to the total purchase price and the bill of sale was for the balance. I also understand that you have been in contact with our General Sales Manager and your Salesperson to review the paperwork. They are certainly hopeful to come to a resolution in regards to the misunderstanding.
