Dishonest false advertisers The ad said my used vehicle came with off-road tires and winters. When I went to change my tires over this spring, the provided bagged tires were high The ad said my used vehicle came with off-road tires and winters. When I went to change my tires over this spring, the provided bagged tires were highway only tires. They claim that there were no off-road tires included and because the ad had been taken down I had no proof. When I pointed out that new Renegades were advertised as having off-road tires, they simply said that they don't come with off-road tires, and I had the factory tires. I called Jeep customer service and got the same story, even though I pointed out that new Renegades were STILL ADVERTISED AS COMING WITH OFF-ROAD TIRES on the Jeep.ca website, I was told that they don't come with off-roads and they weren't giving me any tires. I have filed a complaint with the Advertising Standards Council and am considering legal action. If you must deal with these people, make sure that you check EVERYTHING before you take ownership. Once they have your money, they simply don't care. More

BEWARE!! This is the worst dealership you can ever think of dealing with. They made a deal with us on the 2018 Laramie Longhorn the last day of the month (Feb This is the worst dealership you can ever think of dealing with. They made a deal with us on the 2018 Laramie Longhorn the last day of the month (Feb 28, 2018). They were very desperate to make the deal because they didn’t meet their quota for the month so agreed on the price we were getting from Toronto. They did a hard credit check, took a $2,000 deposit on the credit card before close on Feb 28th, and said we will send the guy in the morning to pick you up and then you can drive back in your new truck. The sales rep called at 11am the next morning and said I have a bad news……we can’t honor the same price anymore because the rebate program from Chrysler has changed and the pricing has gone up. I said what is this about?? My deal was done yesterday so it would fall under February and not March. He didn’t have a good answer but kept apologizing. He returned our deposit but we were back into a hole. The manager was so coward that he won’t even speak to us but instead had the sales rep call us and apologize. In short……DO NOT DEAL with Moncton Chrysler. They didn’t know how to run a dealership, so BEWARE!! They are a bunch of CHEATERS!! More
