Ustomer service Top Notch I moved in the area about 2 years ago and bought my Wrangler JK Willy’s 4 years ago, first time at this dealer was about 6 months after I had my JK, t I moved in the area about 2 years ago and bought my Wrangler JK Willy’s 4 years ago, first time at this dealer was about 6 months after I had my JK, trouble light came on during a “shopping” day trip to Moncton. Dropped in the dealership and they made space to take me in... long story short, took care of me like royalty, came back several times again for oil changes, timed it with “shopping” day trips”, had warranty notices looked after here, every time received nothing but Top Notch customer service and attention! Now that I live in the area, I get my servicing done here and just today brought it in for a coolant smell. Again, excellent service, new radiator under warranty! I need to mention the service advisor I deal with the most is Rick Davenport, his friendly reception and honest, genuine interest in my questions and concerns are very reassuring. Nothing but “above the bar” going beyond type of customer relations, well done, great job! Also need to mention the welcome reception from the sales people, Ken Green and Dan McGrath for the friendly reception, time friendly discussions, very much appreciated! More

Radiator leaking 2014 Jeep Wrangler I have a 2014 Jeep Wrangler with a leaky radiator.. My Jeep never went off road and has only 80000kms. I went in to talk with the service manager and I have a 2014 Jeep Wrangler with a leaky radiator.. My Jeep never went off road and has only 80000kms. I went in to talk with the service manager and he said he seen this several time but nothing he could do, I asked for replacing cost and it is around $1100. Let’s recap!, 2014, 80000kms and nothing the could do. If you have similar issue please post and go to the corporate site and register your issue. This is unacceptable and it is their issue to fix. Outright lies. Worst customer service I have ever recieved. Tell me a problem is fixed when it isn't. After 5 trips for transmission issues they now refuse to acknowledge that there even is a problem, even though I have it in writing. Outright liars! More

Buying a new vehicle We went in on Saturday for a tire rotation on our van, my wife saw a Dodge Journey she liked so we took it for a spin. Georgina was really great (this is the 3rd car we have bought from her), helpful as usual and looking out for what we wanted and did not in any way make us feel pressured to buy anything, we took it home the same day. We were told the car would be cleaned, plated etc. and tomorrow is Thursday, now it is almost 11pm (we aren't the only people buying cars, trucks etc. I get it). The only thing I don't like is feeling that since we bought the car and have it, everything else really doesn't matter. The dealership is pretty good, Georgina and John was excellent, but I think this will be the last vehicle I buy there. Oh yea, I did get the automated thanks for buying email, that was pretty nice.
