Service department failed to fix problem I have a Grand Caravan bought new. A squeaking noise appeared at 4500 Km while on vacation. Took it into dealer for the noise. They |repaired not o I have a Grand Caravan bought new. A squeaking noise appeared at 4500 Km while on vacation. Took it into dealer for the noise. They |repaired not one, but two sources of the noise and billed Chrysler under warranty. However...What ever they "fixed" wasn't the cause of the noise. It's very frustrating having to deal with the same complaint what should have been fixed the first time. If they can't fix a simple squeak, I have concerns about their work in a bigger, more serious problem. Overall, my experience at Moncton Chrysler has been unsatisfactory. If I could return the van, cancel the deal and get all my money back, I'd do it in a heart beat! More
