Incredible to think that only 5 months later I would be back to this dealership to make another transaction with them. There is a saying that goes : "Life happens" Sure enough , due to some life circumst back to this dealership to make another transaction with them. There is a saying that goes : "Life happens" Sure enough , due to some life circumstances we had no choice but to return our beautiful red Ram 1500 Bighorn and exchange it for an older truck they had in stock. It was not something that we expected but we certainly do appreciate how our salesman Jason and the management did whatever they could to accommodate us during this temporary situation we find ourselves in. Very poor service. Service staff give off the impression that they don't want to be there... not all of the issues on my truck were addressed.
