I had a 10:30 appointment and waited 3 1/2 hours just for an oil change. I was told at 12:00 the techs went to lunch and there were still 5 vehicles ahead of me. I was also told my vehicle was suppose to be an oil change. I was told at 12:00 the techs went to lunch and there were still 5 vehicles ahead of me. I was also told my vehicle was suppose to be a drop off, which I did not agree to. I made an appointment for 10:30, I should have been seen at 10:30 or shortly after. So not impressed with this at all. More

I bought a new 2023 Dodge Ram had issues with the battery draining as the dash and radio would not shut off when truck was off , had this problem from the 1 week I got the truck , service department told me draining as the dash and radio would not shut off when truck was off , had this problem from the 1 week I got the truck , service department told me it was my internet, this issue went on for a year and a half and about a dozen trips to dealership,they never did anything to try to fix the problem,I moved to Clarenville nfld ,the dealership there looked at the truck accessed the problem and fixed it ,problem was the radio . I was extremely disappointed when I had booked an appointment three weeks in advance for 12:15pm and I dropped my car off at noon. Then I get a call at 4:30pm saying that I had to pick up my car beca appointment three weeks in advance for 12:15pm and I dropped my car off at noon. Then I get a call at 4:30pm saying that I had to pick up my car because they hadn’t had a chance to look at it and I would need to drop it off again the next morning. When I asked why I bothered to book an appointment if they didn’t even look at it in the last four hours, they said that that was the “check in time”. I find it difficult to understand why I had booked an appointment so far in advance just for them to not look at it. They even said I could wait in the waiting area & it shouldn’t be more than an hour or two when I had dropped it off. I don’t understand how you can run a shop like that. More
