Service Took my ram in for as problem with the transmission. Pulled up to my driveway put it n reverse, nothing.. truck would not go into any gear. Service manager said the diagnostic machine said there was a door open. It is a safety feature. I told them what happened again. I was alone in the truck. Stoped, put in in reverse, nothing. No open door warning light on dash. How would the truck get to driveway if a door was open then not go into gear. Service manager looked at me like I was an idiot or a liar. About a month later I had a concern about the four wheel drive. Took it in. Service manager said it was normal for transmission to do that I told him it had not happened before. Service manager basically called me as liar by saying oh I'm sure it has. I left pissed off and vowing never to go back A few months later got a call from them saying I was due for service work. I told the girl I would never go back to Mobcton Chrysler Dodge again due to the way I was treated. All she said was OK, I'll tell them. Never heard back from them. REALLY EXCELLENT SERVICE. More
