We can appreciate how important time is for everyone and as a result we have been working with industry leading recommendations to continually work on our service process. We would like to evolve from the Dr patient formula. Checking in with the Advisors allows them to assign jobs to properly qualified tech with specific training so it can be claimed under warranty. Step 2 and 3 of that checkin is diagnoses, recommendation, parts, repair. We are working on it to get customers in and out as quickly and successfully as possible. Thank you for visit and we hope to improve on the experience.
