Let's say i love cars but generally don't like the typical 'sales experience' probably because I am a Sales Professional as well. So when my wife and I set out to buy a new car I was expecting a lot of bad salesmanship and typical car dealer tactics and dreaded the idea of dealing with someone we hadn't bought from before. What made it worse is that we were considering a Kia Soul. Then we met Graeme Frail and the people at Mississauga. From the minute we met and started talking I knew this would be different. Pleasant introduction and no pressure, questions about us, our needs, our interests and why we came to this dealer and considered this brand and model. WOW, that's new a car guy who cared about us and wanted to know about us and what we thought we wanted and why. We had a blast, bought a great car, got a great deal and the entire process was pleasurable. Graeme and the staff at Mississauga were fantastic. This was no rollover deal for them, I was hesitant about the brand at first, did my research and I wasn't gonna get sold. I was given the full and complete option to buy, I bought on my terms, at my pace, and Graeme facilitated the process like a pro. I can't say enough about his professional and fun approach. His personality, his knowledge, his ideas and suggestions were spot on. We especially appreciate the after sale follow up and a very special personal touch Graeme added to our "Soul" Great Great Great, if you are in the market for a new set of wheels make sure you swing by and talk to Graeme Frail at Mississauga Kia!!!! Upon walking through the front door you were made to feel very comfortable. I would not hesitate referring any of my family or friends there...Rick made me feel like a million bucks, explained everything thoroughly and was very personable. Thank you Rick for making my first 'new' car purchase a truly wonderful experience. Even after the purchase of my vehicle Rick is still very responsive! More
From the phone call to the visit - I was totally impressed by the level of customer service! While I waited for my vehicle to be serviced I overheard a customer come in and complain about something.....I don't believe it had anything to do with this dealership. Both Paul and Ashleigh went ABOVE and BEYOND what needed to be done - Ashleigh showed him where to get coffee and how to make it and both Paul and Ashleigh were SO pleasant with him. I love going for my service appointments!!! I've need been disappointed!! More

Now the problem is still there and I am afraid to drive the car on the highway as turning the wheel very slightly to the left while on the highways begins to rattle the drivers side front end. Feels like the tire is going fall off. This issue is still not resolved and I will be looking for a different dealer or a private mechanic to fix. FYI - This car is still under warranty More
Brian is a fantastic, no-nonsensical sales person. He was extremely informative and very personable. I was also given the opportunity to have dinner on them due to a very short delay in service. Thank you all for a wonderful experience! I love my new Optima. More
I leased my very first vehicle from Kia Woodchester, a 2013 Kia Rio fully loaded under warranty. I had wanted a 2012, but apparently there were none available. Later, I discovered through company ads th 2013 Kia Rio fully loaded under warranty. I had wanted a 2012, but apparently there were none available. Later, I discovered through company ads that this was entirely false, but up-selling is a benefit to a car company! Within 3 months the car began acting up, stalling out and the UVO system was also on the fritz. Naturally, I took the car in for servicing. The service manager stated that it was over-heating but was "Good to go, now!" The UVO apparently was having some form of communication difficulty. One week later my temperature guage began climbing and the smell of burning emitted from under the hood. I pulled over to check the coolant. I was up to my ankles in coolant and there was smoke billowing out of the radiator area. Again, I returned to have it rectified. It was over-heating and they stated that they have corrected the problem. I drove approximately ten blocks before all the coolant let and the smoke was so heavy, I couldn't see out my window. Each and every time this occured, I video-taped it. I visited this dealership more times than I did my family! In a candid conversation with Ann Marie, she unequivocally remarked, "Well, some times you get a lemon and unfortunately this is what it is!" My jaw dropped. I had a witness with me on every occasion that I visited Woodchester and I further have Ann Marie's testament to my "new lemon" recorded. My sales rep., (Suki) pulled me inside his office as the conversation was becoming quite heated and they wanted to avoid embarrassment. "SSSSHHH...please keep your voice down Mr. C., we have customers in our showroom!" Incredulous? Yes! I AM A CUSTOMER, just in case you have forgotten that! He pacified me by saying that if I contacted KIA Canada and told them about the car, then 100% man, they are gonna replace that vehicle for you! KIA Canada cares even less than the dealership; but this type of service as in..."IT'S NOT MY PROBLEM!" is rampant in the car industry. I wrote a detailed letter of complaint as instructed to do and never heard a peep out of them. I telephoned but never received a live person, nor a return call. Finally, at my wit's end, as I was losing money, time from work, and sleep worrying about my safety as the vehicle would stall out, lock up and the poor drivers behind me had to slam on their brakes on several occasions, I advised them that I wanted to surrender the car and void the contract as they did not live up to their responsibilities in honouring the agreement. There was no way on God's earth they were going to take the car back. Finally, I took bolder measures and said that I would withhold payment until they replaced the car. In the third month I was contacted by Feroz who was oddly very compliant and bending over with graciousness. "Mr. C. can you bring the car to our dealership. We are going to make things right and are prepared to replace it. Bring it in on Saturday and we will get this done!" Well, God intervened as only He could. That same night, a police officer came to my home and spoke to my mother as I was out. She explained the entire history to him. He was, like most officers, playing the "good cop" and agreeing with her on all points, shaking his head in disgust etc..etc..and bluntly stating he would not be paying for any lemon and they should do their part. It was apparent that the bogus courtesy call from Feroz was NOT to help me, but to ensure that the car was delivered for repossession due to non-payment. This type of collusion in itself should be unlawful, but then, customer service has gone downhill since out-sourcing became the norm. I spoke with the officer and advised him where the car was and he could send a tow truck since it was again, not running! The end result was predictable. Now, I am awaiting my day in court so that I may present to the judge all my evidence and witness accounts. This could have been resolved far more amicably and with less damage done to either party, but that would take common sense, which is sadly lacking in this capitalistic society. There were known manufacturer defects with this product but there was no recall or service bulletins, just voluminous posts by frustrated, duped owners who like me, wrote, recounted, screamed and ended up seriously out of pocket, transport and justice. I've saved information after researching the deficiencies and have one noteable writing by KIA themselves in the event you are going through a similar, tortuous experience. This dealership was unprofessional, incompetent and extremely rude. My mother who co-signed for this nightmare also attended on a few occasions to speak with the manager. While she was in speaking with a sales representative, Feroz came in and addressed his co-worker as though she were invisible. She told him that she was recording the meeting. He hollared loud enough to be heard in the showroom of potential customers, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING MAN, DO NOT SPEAK TO HER, IGNORE HER. GET HER OUT OF HERE!" I would contend that this man may view women as sub-serviant and of no consequence. My mother left, visibly shaken. And finally, no notices were ever received by either of us that the car was being auctioned off as is required by law. It was left that this dealership "should" pick the car up from storage and rectify the matter, or so we were ill advised. Just this week, a letter arrived outlining the sale at auction, and it is very evident that best efforts were not made to get the best price. You can't find a car equivalent to this one on any search engine for under $14,000.00. In short, they just dumped it. I would never buy a KIA product and I recommend to everyone that I know, not to go near these products. I sincerely hope that a fair-minded judge will endeavour to make some compensations on my behalf. Thanks for listening! More

He didn't try to up sale me to something I didn't want or need. I had all my questions and concerns answered and without any high pressure. I would not hesitate to recommend Paulo and to purchase another car/KIA with him. I look forward to positive experiences with service in the future to continue this favourable impression of Woodchester/Mississauga KIA. More
