He provided me with a lot of good information and details about the car. I was very pleased with his service. I then asked to test drive the car. At that point in time, he told me that he would get a hold of one (as one of the others was out at the moment) and let me know. I told him that I was going to visit some other places in the complex and he said he would call when or if he was able to source one. I never heard back from him. As a result, I ended up purchasing a car from another Kia dealership where the service was great. More

He is knowledgeable and helpful. We made our deal and when we came to pick up our car everything was ready to go. Francis spent a lot of time showing us all the features of our new Soul. We also met a salesman named Graeme Frail, who was very nice and quite funny. I have already recommended Francis and Mississauga Kia my friends and relatives. Francis made out car buying experience a pleasure. I can't imagine anywhere else I would go if I needed another car. Thank you so much Francis. More

We had visited Westowne Mazda a few months beforehand and were almost sure we'd end up buying a Mazda 3, but we also wanted to check out the Hyundai Veloster and Elantra GT, and on a friends recommendation, ventured out to Mississauga Hyundai (from Toronto). It was quite busy at Hyundai, and they didn't have a great selection of Veloster's and Elantra GT's available. The sales associate was very nice, but he didn't want to make us stick around. We left a little disappointed with the experience. That's when we decided to stop by Mississauga Kia, on a whim. I've always liked the Forte, and thought we'd give it a shot. Once inside Braeden Kardash greeted us and let us take a look around. Asking for a test drive was super easy, no questions asked. We really enjoyed the Forte, but it wasn't as exciting as the Veloster nor the Elantra GT. Still, we got around to crunching the numbers with him, and things were looking good. We didn't LOVE the sedan though, and Braeden never tried to pressure us or try to convince us it was The One. It certainly wasn't as hot as that red Forte Koup that was in the showroom just behind us. Now, that red Forte Koup, That was a car we could love . . . SO, we ended up asking to have the numbers crunched on that, and he offered us an even better deal on it than the sedan. We went for it! We ended up coming in well UNDER our monthly payment budget, and now have the most eye catching car on the block. Braeden made the whole process fun and easy. We were able to take our time, and at no point did we ever feel any sort of pressure. We felt incredibly welcome, and the entire interaction with him felt like a conversation more than a negotiation. Jessica Reid took over for the financial side of things. This is supposed to be the scary part, and she was very engaging and funny. No pressure for the add-on's. We didn't get the extended warranty nor the rust proofing, and that was okay. I'd feel grateful to have Braeden and Jessica as friends, and that's saying a lot. We couldn't give a better endorsement, and we wholeheartedly recommend checking out Mississauga Kia for your next vehicle purchase. More

Thanks to Mississauga Kia as they honored 30day vehicle exchange policy.. I still can't believe that i got the car i wanted. Car buying is always a nightmare and there is no way you can be fully satisfied with your purchase but I am glad that i did. When I first bought my car, experience was superior but after i asked for exchange things started to fall because the person i dealt left their dealership but at the end everything was settled. Francis is really a good Sales person to deal with and Wayne too, they know how to deal with customers but that's not the same with their management. Anyways I am happy with my purchase and i recommend this dealership. More

He listened to what my needs were and showed me the car that would be ideal for me; with no question or deterrence toward something I did not want. There was no hesitation in getting the paper work completed. Every timeline that Francis set was met. The work needed to deliver my car was completed in a timely manner with a follow up phone at each stage. This ensured my confidence in getting my car at my deadline. Each time I went into the dealership I was greeted by the staff and offered refreshments. I never considered KIA, this was a suggestion from my son...but Francis Ong won me over; he pointed out everything that was important to me in a vehicle and made lots of notes about any additions I would need. The knowledge was great and I drove the test car which was exactly the one I was interested in buying. Francis was very polite and no pressure tactics was involved. Wayne worked very hard to locate the car (color and model) since it was almost the end of the season. When I picked it up, the prepare was excellent. The after sales inquiry about the car feature was dealt promptly and efficiently. The sales team is to be recommended along with the management who impressed me the short time I sat with them. The service team unfortunately I cannot respond about, since my car does very little mileage (pleasure driving only) has yet to see its first service. However I am sure that they are equally a great team and a quality bunch of knowledgeable and efficient people. A great job Francis. Thanks for a pleasant experience Mississauga Kia.
