I am very pleased with my experience at Kia Mississauga. Originally went to another Kia dealership. Decided to shop around and ended up at Kia Mississauga with Graeme Frail. I found Graeme to be very friendly and open, he provided me with the answers to any of the remaining concerns I had. Plus he offered me a better price than I was offered at the other dealership. Upon my second visit, I met with Paul, and he sealed the deal! It has been a long time since I bought a new car and to be honest, I wasn't looking forward to going through the whole process again. Then I walked into Mississauga Kia and met Paulo. He, personally, is attentive, understanding and will go to any lengths to get answers to any questions you may have. While my deal wasnt an easy one through no fault of their own, they took it all in stride and in the end, I came out with a brand new Kia which I am very happy with. I visited your dealership last month and had the intention of buying a new vehicle that week as I gave my son my 2010 pickup truck. I needed a small car for travelling around the city. When I arrived, Patrik Lacasse was the rep that I dealt with. He was not friendly at all, I read these other reviews and they must be written by this young punk himself. He was not informative, and not professional. He was ignorant and made me want to turn away from your dealership. I went down the road and bought a new car that day elsewhere. I will not recommend this kid to anyone. More
