Excellent dealership both in sales and service I have owned 23 Honda cars going back to 1976. I have bought six vehicles from this dealership and most from Jon Li. Unfortunately my wife was in love I have owned 23 Honda cars going back to 1976. I have bought six vehicles from this dealership and most from Jon Li. Unfortunately my wife was in love with the 2019 Acura RDX T so we did not buy here this time. Regardless as always Jon Li was a real professional and great to business with. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ANY COST. Full of liars. Do not go to this dealership. It's FULL OF LIARS. I went there for transmission fluid change. After the service I found damage to the front corner of Do not go to this dealership. It's FULL OF LIARS. I went there for transmission fluid change. After the service I found damage to the front corner of the bumper, which would cost $1000 to fix. Fortunately the dash cam I had on the vehicle showed the damage was caused after the service they did and while the vehicle was parked in their parking lot. The dealership including their GM lied many times and after numerous contacts, they still refused to show me the CCTV video. Mississauga Honda, are you afraid of the TRUTH? What are you trying to hide? More

Excellent Product Advisor I bought a Honda Civic last August from Mississauga Honda. One of my friend referred to the product Advisor Mr. Adi Kumar who is popular among many Ho I bought a Honda Civic last August from Mississauga Honda. One of my friend referred to the product Advisor Mr. Adi Kumar who is popular among many Honda customers. Initially I wanted to go for a Toyota Corolla that I drove in my previous country. Mr. Adi Kumar convinced me of the prominance of Honda cars in Canada and I immediately signed a deal for Civic, a decision I never regret. Mr. Kumar is thorough professional and a very noble gentleman. He has an excellent attitude towards his customers and that was key for me to refer many of my friends to him. He is always there for his customers! More
Unprofessional and Poor service experience at Mississauga Honda: 1)Service was scheduled in early morning and car was dropped a day in advance. Service card had note to update me by aftrenoon at Mississauga Honda: 1)Service was scheduled in early morning and car was dropped a day in advance. Service card had note to update me by aftrenoon. I called my service representative multiple times and at 3:00 the person told me that they have lots of cars in service centre and no one has looked at my car yet. 2) I received a call at 5:30 in evening and Derek McCourt told me that I need me to come take my car back without giving any information about status of service.When I pressed if the issues are fixed he asked me to come at service centre to know the status. He was unprofessional and aggressive with bad choice of words. 3) Basically they couldn't find the real problem with cooling. So that remains a problem for me to fix with other service centre. 4) There is a fine crack on front windshield that appeared on the car from temperature change when the car was parked in house. This is very strange but that is how it happened.Now the service person at Honda Mississauga claim there is a chip beneath the wiper. The crack on windshield clearly shows that this is not due to a heavy impact on windshield. What surprised me is they took pictures from inside the car at angles to make the crack look bigger. This way I can't claim manufacturer warranty. This is a manufacturing fault with both windshied and cooling and it is a two year old new 2016 Honda Civic. More
