We were buying a truck to replace a written off vehicle following a serious accident. Let me start by saying I have never purchased or even driven an import EVER prior to this purchase. I was all but ready to buy a 2011 Chevy Cruze but was shocked when they dealer told me it was going to driven an import EVER prior to this purchase. So reluctantly I walked over to the Nissan, Toyota and Honda dealerships. It was at the Honda dealership where I met Umi. Umi was pleasant, well spoken, extremely knowledgeable and VERY patient. He understood the dilema I had with buying an import and even explained how the civic and most of it's parts are built in Canada. He eased me through the sale and was very accommodating. Even when the Nissan Sentra came in $60 a month cheaper then the civic, Umi was able to sell me on the benifits and post sales service that comes with every Honda. More
