I then say Dan the finance guy who sat with me and explained everything in detail 2 days after that he called me and advised me that i was approved and we can sit down and discuss the delivery day. We had a deadline by when we needed the car, and he went out of his way on his day off to make sure the car was ready for pickup when we courteous.
