I have used Richard Munt as my salesperson and the Mississauga Honda service department since 1985. I have purchased or leased 5 vehicles from him and referred at least 3 other people. Richard is low key, understanding my buying style in the best possible way. On two occasions, when my money was really tight, Richard went the extra distance by finding another way to lower payments and reduce the final cost of the vehicle. He doesn't play games, speaks honestly and I love his sense of humour. The service department works with you in a very knowledgeable way. Except once, I have never had a bill that I wasn't expecting. On that occasion, I chose to replace more than what was need and they worked with me to split the cost over two months. The quality of the work is exceptional and if there is a doubt or question, they are happy to have the mechanic meet with you to go over any concerns. Once there was a nagging fan issue that stumped everyone. It took five visits before things were really fixed, all at no charge and the best thing was, that at no time, did they ask whether I was crazy or hearing things. The assumption was that there was an issue identified by a customer and it needed fixing. Customer service is what Mississauga Honda is about. More

I have been driving Hondas for 28 years because I feel so strongly about the product. When we moved to Mississauga I was introduced to Mississauga Honda and have received premium service with each and every strongly about the product. When having my snow tires put on my 2010 CRV I approached the sales office to see if there was an opportunity for a trade in as my kms were very low. Within 2.5 hours I had worked with Carolina, Federico and Matt and signed for a new 2011 CRV NAVI at a better lease rate. The only catch was there were no vehicles available locally. I then reconnected with Errol Walker who said he would do his best to locate the BK/BK vehicle. He continued to keep me updated and then worked his magic to have the vehicle ready for pick up one week after the original transaction. When I picked up the car Mark was extremely patient and helpful in understanding the NAVI features + he organized the removal and installation of the snow tires. All worked like a charm and I left there extremely satisfied in my new CRV. From the front reception, cash office, service, sales and management, this dealership is outstanding. I have been at many dealers throughout my time and I have never met such attentive, considerate service professionals. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in being treated fairly and with respect. Also, one of the things that impresses me about Mississauga Honda is the promotion of employees from within the organization. Errol worked with me for my 2nd CRV in 2007 and then Matt Rende sold me my 2010. Both are now management and I see the same faces year after year in the office and service.
