Great Customer Service This is our first time buying a new car. We did our shopping around but nothing and no one came close to the great service we received at this dealers This is our first time buying a new car. We did our shopping around but nothing and no one came close to the great service we received at this dealership. Our first visit was on a weekend night and the place was packed ...although no one was available to help us, the manager welcomed us and apologized for the delay in service as he tried to find someone to serve us...we decided to see another dealer in the meantime since they were so busy. We returned later in the evening. ..Ken Rodriguez offered to help us although it was almost closing time. He took the time to answer all our questions, was very knowledgeable and professional. We were impressed and appreciated that he didn't rush us. Since then we purchased a new Oddesy and are very pleased with everything thus fur. This dealership is very customer service oriented. The staff are very friendly and the extra perks such as free lifetime car washes and free massages while you wait make it shine above others. Overall I feel and believe my business is appreciated. More

We traded in our 2013 Honda Civic in for a 2015 Accord Touring and Tom was on the ball from the get go. He made sure that we got an extremely competitive trade-in value and that we walked away with payments that we were comfortable with. He was also very informative on our test drive all while having a great sense of humour. After taking delivery of the car, we noticed a very inconspicuous scratch on our navi screen. We spoke to Tom who spoke to his manager and they ordered the part from Honda no questions asked. Great service and would highly recommend them! More

Unexpected Experience I visted Mississauga Honda on a Saturday just to window shop and walked out with a brand new Honda Civic. Our experience was so not what I envisioned I visted Mississauga Honda on a Saturday just to window shop and walked out with a brand new Honda Civic. Our experience was so not what I envisioned. We dealt with Brian Miller who was very friendly and although he was with another client, he told us he would be with us in 5 or so minutes. When those clients were thinking things over, Brian came back to us and started showing us around. This is where the difference happened. He took me to see the cars I was interested in and started asking questions. He asked about our interests, and as he was doing that, he also explained the differences between the cars I was looking at - CRV, HRV and the Civic. Along with explaining the differences, he also helped me determine what I didn't need based on how I use a car, based on family size and based on cost. He didn't push me towards the more expensive, he helped me see I didn't need it. He made buying a new car a fun and entertaining experience (great sense of humour). He involved my daughter in the experience and did a great job of making her feel like a part of it. I wasn't looking forward to the process of getting my new car but none of my anticipated worries came to light. There was no pressure to spend more than in the end I really needed to. Brian made me feel relaxed and comfortable and he took the time to explain all the information about the car. In that couple of hours spent with him, I found myself the owner of a Honda Civic and I love it. Seriously, I would recommend Brian to anyone. I truly believe meeting the customer and having them happy with their experience is what makes him tick. If you are thinking of a Honda, go see Brian, you won't regret it. More

This fantastic sales rep by the name of Tomasz Bialy approaches me to assist me with my questions and concerns. He showed me options with used cars and nothing was really within my budget. Mr. Bialy then introduces leasing options to me. As skeptical that I was with leasing options, he provided me excellent information about leasing and its benefits and the fact that IT IS IN MY BUDGET! So Mr. Bialy showed me the new 2016 Honda Accord Sport 4 door. We took a test drive and I simply fell in love with this vehicle! It is absolutely amazing and I am happy to drive this vehicle!
