Every single time, Deepak arranged everything without hesitation and with great patience. He truly went the extra mile to help me find the right vehicle. What really stood out was how D.J. and Deepak worked together like family members — very supportive, professional, and trustworthy. During the trade-in process, the initial value for my old vehicle was quite low, but when D.J. stepped in, he used his experience and negotiation skills to secure a much better trade-in value for me. Service went fine, but there was an issue with the oil fil decided to try it for our 2013 Santa Fe. Went in for Service 3, which included oil change. Service went fine, but there was an issue with the oil filter when I got home. Called it in, and spoke with very friendly Service Advisor, and eventually the Service Manager Arash Babaei. He made sure that the problem was fixed, and provided great customer service along the way. Really appreciated the personal touch here, for an unusual situation.
