Abdul & Aileen Are The Best! I wish to commend Milton Hyundai on the excellence of their staff. Although I didn't have an appointment, the receptionist went out of her way to fin I wish to commend Milton Hyundai on the excellence of their staff. Although I didn't have an appointment, the receptionist went out of her way to find a salesman for me. Then, both Abdul and Aileen were very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful with their advice. All in all, an excellent experience! More

I want to take the opportunity to say how pleased and very impressed I was with how our salesperson Shad Dharamshi conducted himself throughout the whole process. I have purchased and leased quite a few vehicles from a variety of different dealers over time and I have never come across any salesperson who is as skilled as Shad in all aspects of car sales. He was very courteous and friendly and was very good at listening to and understanding our needs and concerns relating to a new car purchase. He never tried to aggressively steer us in any direction we did not want to go in. - which is a very welcome experience. His technical knowledge of the Elantra and the entire product line was very impressive and he left no questions un-answered. Shad is a definite asset to your dealership and you are lucky to have him on your team!! You would be well advised to look after him and make sure he has all the tools at his disposal to ensure continued success going forward. Our overall experience was a very positive one and I would not hesitate in recommending friends that are considering a Hyundai purchase to visit Shad. I would also like to point out that our dealings with Aileen in your business department were also very positive. She also was very friendly and helpful and made the whole process very smooth and easy. We were very impressed with her as well. More
1 hour wait Scheduled 96k service for 12Pm. Got there 5 to 12pm. Sat in waiting room. 1pm, car still on lot. Asked receptionist what's going on? I said "my app Scheduled 96k service for 12Pm. Got there 5 to 12pm. Sat in waiting room. 1pm, car still on lot. Asked receptionist what's going on? I said "my appointment was for 12pm, it's 1pm, car is still in the lot". She said, "appointment is just for car to be here, not in the service bay?". 15 even 30 minutes okay 1 hour? Come on. Never going there again. More
Absolutely the WORST experience ever at MILTON HYUNDAI! Absolutely the WORST experience ever at MILTON HYUNDAI! I had booked an appointment to get the fall maintenance package done on my car. Normally whe Absolutely the WORST experience ever at MILTON HYUNDAI! I had booked an appointment to get the fall maintenance package done on my car. Normally when you book an appointment you book a time, which I specifically did to suit my day and planned all activities including work around this as most people will do. Anyways, I got there 10 min ahead of time and arranged to be picked up so I could run some errands while the car was being serviced, instead of just waiting around. The service lady asked if I’d be waiting or leaving and coming back and I said “leaving” (which should have been my first indication that they were going to make my car low priority). I’d called ahead to see how long this service would take and was told 1 hour. So I left and came back in 1 hour and 40 min and can you believe this woman said “oh it’s being serviced right now”. I noticed my car was parked in the same position in the lot as I had left it and told her this. She said “oh give me 30 minutes and it’ll be done. I’ll get them to take it in right now.” Not only is that insulting but she blatantly lied to me and was caught red-handed. I waited another hour and 30 minutes after she had told me to just give her 30 minutes to have my service completed. Then when I told her how disappointed I was with the lack of consideration for people’s time, all she could say was “sorry, I was on lunch. You said you were leaving so I thought you’d come later.” Does the company fall apart because you go on lunch??? And just because I leave does not make my appointment time null and void, leaving you the right to prioritize my service how you see fit!! So at the end of the day, I warn all car owners out there to steer clear of MILTON HYUNDAI unless you want to be in covenienced and then lied to. A more reputable dealership would have at least knocked something off the price or offered a free service for this ridiculous incident!! More
Got a service done on my Santa Fe PAID my bill with my debit card and left, I left on vacation for 2 weeks when I get home I've got messages from Mr Brendon cusing me of skipping out on my bill and I shou debit card and left, I left on vacation for 2 weeks when I get home I've got messages from Mr Brendon cusing me of skipping out on my bill and I should come and pay my invoice. The first morning back I head over to the dealership with my plane ticket as proof of my vacation and my debit card in my hand to pay my bill that for some reason the transaction failed I explained the situation which he didn't believe until I pointed out the service person who did the transaction when he came into the room he remembered me and said that he remembers me paying. Mr Walsh didn't have much to say to me except how was my vacation.......really after all the rude messages left making me look like a criminal buy "skipping out on my bill" that's all you have to say wow sorry Milton Hyundai I I'll drive to Hyundai of Mississauga there treat there customers with respect.
