I bought a 2021 Kona and I have had issues with the seat heater and have been back 3 times with no answers in what is wrong with it … everytime there has been parts ordered for this issue I haven’t gotten a heater and have been back 3 times with no answers in what is wrong with it … everytime there has been parts ordered for this issue I haven’t gotten a call from them … I had to call and inquire and magically the part had come in “that day” but still the problem persists … they had my car the whole day and couldn’t shuttle me home because of COVID .. so INSTEAD they SHUTTLE me to a rental place to rent a car for the day … doesn’t make any sense to me .. trying to get a service manager on the phone is a challenge as well… had to call Hyundai Canada customer service to get this issue looked into …. Do better Hyundai Milton ! More
