I brought my 2018 Dodge Ram here for service and an oil I brought my 2018 Dodge Ram here for service and an oil change. Service items needed were: -Front park sense not working -Master window controlle I brought my 2018 Dodge Ram here for service and an oil change. Service items needed were: -Front park sense not working -Master window controller working intermittently -Back-up camera working intermittently I was told that the park sense sensors were dirty and that the tech had lubed them and recommended I get an "outside" carwash. I was told the master window controller was faulty and needed to be replaced. I was told the back-up camera needed a firmware update. I was charged over $1000.00 to "fix" these problems. Less than a year later all these issues have returned. I took my truck to a different dealership and they fixed everything for free and told me that I shouldn't have been charged in the first place. I reached out to the service manager and general manager but got the sense that it was going nowhere and clearly they don't care about their shop or what they're doing to their customers. After reading some of the reviews and talking to people in town it seems that this place has become dishonest and will rip you off as much as they can. BEWARE of going here. I just got a $1000+ lesson in where not to do business in this town. Let my loss be your gain. Support one of the smaller mechanic shops in town who actually value your business and want to build a relationship. More
