I Bought my first new truck the RAM1500 from Joe at Milton Chrysler. Fell good. Joe is so helpful. The entire process is very easy and simple. And also I'm very satisfied with my new truck. Am trying to call them after 1 hour...then 1.5hrs... the c took..." Was there to change oil, I have an appointment that took 45 minutes to 1 hour. Am trying to call them after 1 hour...then 1.5hrs... the call answered and forward to the services dept. but it kept me on hold for 15 minutes and no one takes the call. So I decided to go back to the dealership area after 2 hours of walking and waiting outside with -4 degree temperature, as am not allowed to wait inside due to COVID-19 Protocol. I got surprised that the car still in the parking area and the change oil didn't do, I call the services dept and luckily after 2hrs of contacting them they answer my call. I asked if the car is ready to pick up. He says, oh no we missed placed the key somewhere do you want to wait for another 1 hrs or come back tomorrow. Wow! what an incompetent, irresponsible, idiot, and zero skill customer services response. I took my key and leaves the area as I don't want to waste my time with this kind of peoples. They are garbage in dealing with the customer. I regret and I made a bigtime mistake dealing with them More

First time buying a vehicle from Milton Chrysler, this will not be my last time. Joe is a phenomenal guy!! He listened to my wants and needs and he exceeded ALL of them! A shady dealer you should absolutely mistrust! I was treated like a piece of garbage. Zero customer service skills from salesman OR GM! I bought a $100k+ car from this dealer. I left a deposit with sale treated like a piece of garbage. Zero customer service skills from salesman OR GM! I bought a $100k+ car from this dealer. I left a deposit with salesman Sean G. At the time of me leaving a deposit he advised me that “we don’t hold on to deposits you can get it back anytime”. The vehicle I put the deposit down for was for a “launch edition” vehicle. Later I was advised it was no longer going to be a “launch edition”. I relegated to being stuck with it and let it be. Later a friend of mine advised he had gotten a $7k discount from another dealer on the same vehicle. When I inquired about getting a similar discount, this is how the salesman (Sean G.). responded with three words. “Not gonna happen”. To which (STUNNED at such a rude response)I replied okay then I will purchase elsewhere. His response? “No refunds”! Whaaa… but you said??? He doubles down sending me another email stating (and this is the best one) “ You signed an agreement” (meaning too bad so sad). Needless to say I had choice words for him and asked for the GMs name and number. Surely, the GM is more reserved, has better command of how to deal with an angry customer right? Nope. Rob N. the GM was waiting for my call the next day having been prepped by Sean G. he reiterated he was giving me a zero discount off the full MSRP. Now madder than xxxx. I look for the Milton Chrysler owner’s phone number. Surely he wants to hear how his staff interact with customers (now it’s no longer about the discount but the disrespectful tone from both of the employees)? No where to be found. I’m still going to buy the car of course being the honourable guy that I am but just want to warn other UNSUSPECTING buyers shopping for a new car from Milton Chrysler that this is about the shadiest zero customer friendly place, stuck in 1972 type of sales mentality where the stereotypical car salesman is alive and kicking, they smile up front and laugh at your back when they get you to sign on dotted line. I have bought many a car from other dealerships including other Chrysler dealers and never been treated like a deadbeat like I was at Milton Chrysler 81 Ontario St N, Milton, ON. Buyers beware! More
