Last weekend, my window motor mechanism basically blew apart inside the door due to being iced up. Normally I would just get the parts and fix myself but the rental I’m at currently does not have anywhere apart inside the door due to being iced up. I took it to Milton Chrysler and the took it in no problem as they didn’t seem super busy on the Friday midday, I was told it would be ready on the Tuesday due to Family Day, no worries I understand. I got the call to come pick it up with a bill of $1300 with a part cost of $800 which seemed a bit steep but not the point. I paid for into my truck and sitting in my cup holder was a juul. I haven’t smoked or vaped in two years so I can guarantee it was not mine unless I passed out for two years and didn’t notice. I picked it up went back inside to the service person, Milo, I think, and asked, “do any of your techs vape ?” Showing the juul. The response I received was “well yeah a few of them but they use a different brand not that one” so I explained I don’t vape and don’t know anyone who does, to which the response was “huh, yeah that’s really strange then” and I agreed, after a short pause waiting for a better explanation or some sort of apology I got another “strange !”. I could see where this was going, no where. So I turned around and left and got a “have a ice day sir !”. The next day I got a phone call from I’m assuming the front desk. Asking how my service was, I said it was alright and she asked further, I explained what happened and she said “oh no that’s not good at all, I will speak with the service manager and get back to you as soon as possible. That was the last I heard anything. I’m just curious how a dealership can go on about Covid protocols, because I don’t think you can vape with a mask on in a customers vehicle. Also how you can say you excel at customer service after the conversation I had with service, and lack of follow up from both the front desk and service manager. I would strongly recommend not going to Milton Chrysler for any service Hunt in town is better, I’ve never been but it wouldn’t be hard to beat my experience. More

First time visiting this dealership . From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. Covid screening upon entry. I was treated with the respect and was asked what vehicle I was interested in.
