One of the worse dealership I met Valeri Semennov, I bough Honda Civic 2017 touring after one year I got problem with car so I went dealer service fiv One of the worse dealership I met Valeri Semennov, I bough Honda Civic 2017 touring after one year I got problem with car so I went dealer service five times they couldn’t fixed,I went to talk with valeri instead helping me He told me get new one 2019 Honda Civic touring I he told me only u need to pay little more I trust him he didn’t explain about negative equity so I lost so much money when I said ok he rush to sigh me paper and took my credit card next I got home I checked my paper once again I found out so next day I went talk with them manager and sale man they told me u did sign now u couldn’t do anything they force to get new car......! After one week new car already getting problem I went to talk with general manager he told me they don’t have responsibility for car once they sell ..! I was shock one of worse experience this guys totally scammed I won’t recommend this place midtown Honda if any one planing to get new car especially who are planing to get new car.i had bad experience I had ever had. Hopefully this sms help,I don’t want u guys happened like me. More

Arrogant, deceitful. I walked away. I’ve been shopping around for a new CR-V. It’s (at least in my view) due diligence to So, I spoke with Michel. He talkedbover me for 20 minutes, handed me the the ‘best deal’ I’d get. He proceeds to give me a quote filled with extra charges - $400 for a Honda supplementary insurance. There were more subtle issues as well. The quote played the ‘shell game’ too. My quote was for a four year lease. Honda Canada’s formula states that 52% of the value of this car is depreciated in the first four years. Their quote states 50% - A move which hides 2% of the vehicle cost in the residual buyout. He then refused to update me with new numbers based on our conversation. Then started making asenine comments when I had follow up questions ‘you aren’t going to get xxxx on Boxing Day promos - this is already a best price’. ‘Why do you come in here and waste my time, the other guys time? - if you don’t buy, my kids don’t eat’ I walked. Of the 5 Honda dealerships I’ve visited in the last few days, this was the most slimey. More

I walked right out and purchased the vehicle from Sisley Honda on Steeles. It is true that Hondas sell themselves, but there are more than one dealership. It's the closest dealership to my home but I'll drive the extra distance to Sisley any day. More

Crooks, check your bill before paying Service department are crooks. I highly recommend everyone check their final bill before paying. Booked an online oil change for my Civic which stated Service department are crooks. I highly recommend everyone check their final bill before paying. Booked an online oil change for my Civic which stated $58.88. The cashier hands me my bill and it reads $82. The cashier then tells me to speak to the service advisor. He tells me that is the price in the system. I show him the online fee and he takes $10 off and adds $5 for environmental fee, so total cost is $71. Environmental fee should already be included I argued as another Honda dealership I go to regularly charges $66 for an oil change for a Civic. He didn’t adjust or take it off, so I just paid it and left. Will never return to this location again for service. Boggles my mind how the service advisors pricing is different from the online appointment pricing, if what he says is true. Never had this problem at my regular Honda dealership. More
Deceitful Service Department I was travelling in my Honda Odyssey van from Ottawa to Toronto for the weekend on September 27/18 when the service engine light came on. We were sta I was travelling in my Honda Odyssey van from Ottawa to Toronto for the weekend on September 27/18 when the service engine light came on. We were staying at the Holiday Inn adjacent to Midtown Honda for the weekend. I dropped the van off there and left the keys in the overnight lock box for service the next day. I followed up with the Service Advisor the next morning who indicated that cylinder 3 was misfiring but they did not know the cause. At around mid-day, I met with the Service Advisor and the mechanic who claimed I had spark plugs that were not suitable for the Honda Odyssey. The mechanic went to the garage and came back with a burnt Champion spark plug that was corroded and cracked. He claimed this spark plug came out of cylinder 3 and that all of the plugs were burnt up. As a result, all six coils were damaged and would also need to be replaced in order to fix the misfire problem not just the coil for cylinder 3. Needless to say, I was shocked. I have driven over 73,000 kilometres since my last tune-up with no issues. I found it very hard to believe my van had been running on burnt up Champion spark plugs all this time. When I got home, I checked my invoice from my previous tune-up and it clearly shows I had NGK Iridium spark plugs installed in my Honda Odyssey NOT Champion spark plugs. Furthermore, the new plugs Midtown Honda installed are also NGK spark plugs. They provided me with the boxes they came in and they are all labeled Honda Genuine Parts made by NGK in Japan. Midtown Honda knew I lived over 400 kilometres away and was essentially stranded in Toronto. Accordingly, they took full advantage of the situation by promoting unnecessary repairs supported by a deceitful story. Buyer beware! Stay away from Midtown Honda More
