Getting far to many calls in regards servicing my 2023 cr-v, since purchasing it in April of 2023. Feel like I am being harassed. This dealership is out to scam you! I purchased a 2019 Honda from them - seemed like a good deal. Financing was my choice of payment method. I wasn't given a choice of how the financing I purchased a 2019 Honda from them - seemed like a good deal. Financing was my choice of payment method. I wasn't given a choice of how the financing would be done - they told me the financing was through a bank. Fast forward 4 years when I went to buy a second Honda, only to find out that I do not qualify for the Honda customer loyalty program because the financing was done through the bank instead of Honda Finance. The dealership should have told me this from the outset, or at least given me the option. I have tried numerous times to speak to management at Midtown Honda to see if they would rectify the problem and there has been no response. Buyer beware - I would NOT under any circumstances buy from this dealership again. The loyalty program SHOULD have provided a $750 rebate on my new car. Instead they offered $0. Midtown Honda SHOULD take responsibility for this. More
Kevin Yoo is unprofessional, threatening, makes false accusations, and promises. On 2023/07/10 When I told Kevin I wanted to secure a car he told me and my father that a $500 deposit would have to be accusations, and promises. On 2023/07/10 When I told Kevin I wanted to secure a car he told me and my father that a $500 deposit would have to be made but that the money would be refunded at all costs (changing your mind, being approved, or declined). On 2023/07/11 I changed my mind about getting the car and sent a text to Kevin. He completely ignored my messages. This resulted in me coming into the dealership myself on 2023/07/12. Kevin confessed he had read my text but had decided he will not return back the money because I lied to him, backstabbed him, betrayed him, and never told him I was looking around for other cars. Kevin proceeded in saying several times that he will not return the money back to me. He also threatened me by saying that he can mess up my credit and call other dealers to decline my applications. He also said that he will call the other dealers himself and say that I said that I will not be getting a car from them. In a very sarcastic way, he also said I hope you actually can get another car if you can. ..........He continued to say a lot more but I can not put them into words..... He was yelling all this to me in the Honda dealership while there were customers shopping around and other employees sitting behind in at his desk. The only thing that I kept answering was "I changed my mind I am not obligated to buy this car. You told me and my father that the deposit will be refunded at all costs and that I never signed a paper indicating that I couldn't keep searching for other cars" In the end, I was told to return back today 2023/07/13 for the complete refund. Upon arrival I expected Kevin to do the transaction since at the beginning I was told only he could do it. However, he sent someone else to do it. I type this review as a form of protecting and serving our community no one should be treated this way. More
Absolutely amazing service from Charlie. He was absolutely amazing start to finish. Great attention to detail, willing to go the extra mile for total customer satisfaction. He even looked at the outside of my car after a car wash and decided to go back to hand scrub some marks off the hood. He was friendly, attentive, patient and took the time with us. He treated as if we were the only ones he was caring for. Thank you Charlie! You are one in a million. Keep doing what you are doing. Good service like this is hard to come by these days and you stand out from the crowd. More
My fiance is planning to get the 2023 civic sport, but he wanted to see it first before getting it so we went to the nearest dealership today but unfortunately, that model is not in the showroom, the guy ask wanted to see it first before getting it so we went to the nearest dealership today but unfortunately, that model is not in the showroom, the guy asked for someone to assist us so this girl named Margarita came to us and directed us to her office. She asked a few questions and said there is a shortage on that model so there is nothing available for viewing. So my fiance said, okay, it's fine then, we want to go cause my fiance really wants to see it first before getting it. But Margarita, as a pushy sales person that she is, proceeds to tell us that we should just get the car without checking it because "that's the thing nowadays". She even suggested to see other cars with similar features to just get the idea but my fiance politely refused because we really want to see the real thing. She even told us about how she purchased her Mercedes without looking and checking it in person (like I care about it), indirectly suggesting we should do the same. Telling things like that on behalf of everyone is just a dumb tactic to get a sale. I don't care what her intention was, but she is annoying. You do you, you don't get to tell me how we want to purchase a car. If you want to buy things without checking them first, then go ahead for all I care, because we are not like you. She should have just suggested to check other dealership if they have that model or they can notify us if the model is up for viewing, then maybe our experience here would've ended better. At least we know now what dealership needs to be avoided next time. More
