NEVER BUY AN “AS IS” VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. These people have figured out how to legally dump unroadworthy cars on the unsuspecting public. On Nov 28, 2022, my daughter purchased used vehicle after a fake safety inspection. The inspection was done offsite from the dealership at a mechanic suggested by the salesman. This is a key part of their strategy. She drove it for 25min on the way home and the engine shut off leaving her stranded on Eglinton Ave. Engine lights started coming on 15min into her drive home. The salesman told us there was an engine light coming on before the purchase, but the mechanic would sort it out during the safety. Now they are trying to blame her for driving with a warning light on which they simply reset hoping it would last a bit longer. They now want us to shell out $7K for a new engine. Why would we believe them that this would fix the problem when there are so many inconsistencies in their stories?? More

Horrible service, every person I dealt with on the purchase of my CRV made at least one error. The color of the car was wrong in the ad and on my sales agreement. I was left standing waiting in the dirty dealership for my appointment for the better part of 2 hours overhearing the staffs plans on going to a celebration after work during Covid! My Honda certified extra inspected car died at my home the next day leaving me stranded with no one available at the dealership to speak to me but the receptionist who gave me wrong info. Horrible place do not shop here its not worth the stress there are so many more dealerships around who want your business. More
