During my visit to this branch to inquire about my expired services on my EQE, I unfortunately had a very negative experience with the sales representative, Babak Mousavi. I found his attitude to be rude and dismissive, which left me feeling unheard and frustrated. Given the role he holds, I was surprised by his lack of professionalism, especially since customer service is so crucial in this industry. It makes me question the management's decision to have someone like him in such a customer-facing position. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously, as the service I received was far below expectations. More

Had my mercedes towed in to the dealership because it broke down close bye to them. 3 days later they got around to looking at the vehicle and advised me that to run a diagnostic on what the problem is t broke down close bye to them. 3 days later they got around to looking at the vehicle and advised me that to run a diagnostic on what the problem is they will need to replace the battery for $783 as it is flat and not holding a charge. I advised them that there is nothing wrong with the battery and do not proceed I don't authorize this as. I arranged to have the car towed to the dealership where it was purchased. I went there to ensure they would release the car for towing but I was told I had to pay $300 by their service advisor as I had authorized a diagnostic! I showed them their communication stating that they can't do a diagnostic without changing the battery which they didn't. They argued but in the end their service manager relented. Once the car arrived at the point of purchase, I was told that there is nothing wrong with the battery and that it even still has a charge. Would definitely not recommend unless you like a cash grab and inflated work order and bill payment. More

Allen M. the service advisor is extremely qualified and serves you like royalty. I felt Allen worked for me to get the car I had dreamed about. Chris has a team that takes extreme pride, and fabulous service is the result. Never have I felt this good purchasing a car. The Crossover is phenomenal machine, however the overall experience of purchasing a Benz contributed the euphoric state I was in driving away that day. It is easy to see why everyone is so proud to own the Mercedes brand as the excellence of the employees also contributed to the status of the Mercedes name. Totally over joyed with my new car !! My experience with Mercedes North Shore when I took my ML550 was terrible, and it was made worse by the assigned service representative, Cristina Marinescu. Unfortunately, I did not feel like a valued cus ML550 was terrible, and it was made worse by the assigned service representative, Cristina Marinescu. Unfortunately, I did not feel like a valued customer. Ms. Marinescu was unresponsive to my follow-up calls and messages, and I was left in the dark about the status of my car. The day my car was supposed to be diagnosed, it did not happen, which was frustrating. The next day, a technician finally checked my car, which caused a lot of complications for me, such as having to rent a car at the last minute. This was not the experience I was hoping for. To add insult to injury, the estimate cost that I received from Ms. Marinescu was a bit higher than $5,000, which was way too expensive for me. I decided not to accept the estimate and took my car to my own mechanic, who was able to fix the issue for a total cost of $480. When I showed my mechanic the diagnostic report from Mercedes North Shore, he couldn't help but laugh and said that the cost was just a rip-off. Overall, I feel like I can never trust the people at Mercedes North Shore again. If you have extra cash and don't know how to burn it, then maybe Mercedes North Shore is the place for you. However, if you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy service experience, I suggest you look elsewhere. More
While on a driving road trip 6,000 mile road trip from Houston Texas, up to and around western Canada,I needed an A Service for me Mercedes Benz E450 4matic wagon. I called two other Mercedes Benz dealers Houston Texas, up to and around western Canada,I needed an A Service for me Mercedes Benz E450 4matic wagon. I called two other Mercedes Benz dealers in Vancouver area, seeking help to service my car as I drove though Vancouver. Both told me then could not “or “would not” be able to help me for at least two weeks. I called Mercedes Benz North Vancouver, and talked with Michael Dragnea who was kind and helpful and was able to work me into an appointment the very next morning. My car was serviced washed a d ready for me to be back on the road in a couple of hours. Great Service Mercedes Benz North. I recently bought a 2018 AMG GLE 43 from North Shore Mercedes. It was Mercedes Certified safe, or so I thought. Issue #1. I was driving home in the rain, at night, for the first time in my car. I could not see anything out of the passenger side or rear window. As vehicles were approaching my vehicle from the opposite direction with their lights on, I could not see out of the passenger side window and rear window. It was sooo anxiety evoking. Issue #2. The engine is also leaking coolant from somewhere. The salesman ( Farhad ) with breath so bad, I had to roll the windows down, said it was NEW CAR SMELL. Antifreeze is not NEW CAR SMELL. He told me they would look into it and book it in for an appointment. That was never done after repeatedly asking him through texts and voice/textmails. Issue #3. The dealership, FINALLY, booked my vehicle in be looked at. They did not have a courtesy vehicle, as promised. They have wasted hours of my time, 3 different days: Inconveniencing me terribly and finally attacking me. The service manager came to take my complaint. I asked if I could record audio and he agreed. He identified himself on audio and we proceeded to talk. I told him about how unprofessional Farhad was, how my vehicle is unsafe, and I want it fixed. Jaymond called over Farhad. I started asking Farhad why he would get angry on the phone with me and telling me I disrespected his family by calling him in the middle of the night? Farhad was shaking his fingers and fist in my face. I could not believe this guy. Farhad accused me of disrespecting his family. He said I was calling him in the middle of the night. I HAVE NEVER CALLED ANYONE in the middle of the night, and I caught him in his lie on recorded audio. Farhad admitted I did not call him, even after a few moments before he accused me of calling him in the middle of the night. A CLEAR LIE. WHY?? He and the used car sales manager Jaymond Ko started yelling at me in a showroom full of customers. The video and recorded audio are in my possession. #4. The vehicle smells like smoke inside. I want it IONIZED and the interior carpets and fabric cleaned. #5 My vehicle was safety inspected by 2 high performance shops in Vancouver. It failed both inspections. BOTH Earlier that morning I met a salesperson, Pejman Javadi, while waiting for Farhad. He lives, breathes, and loves Mercedes. His father owned a Mercedes dealership in Iran. He is a cool guy and even lives in my building. We talked about racing in Europe through the AMG VIP LOUNGE MEMBERSHIP. I was stoked. Here was a guy that totally understands why I chose AMG Mercedes. We are Lewis Hamilton fans, too. I used to race modified dirt track stock cars. After being attacked, he came and asked me to sit at his desk. He offered me a bottle of water, put his hand on my shoulder and said it is ok. He kept saying, "don't let this ruin your day." He kept saying this. So understanding and present in the moment. A true management candidate. He has more class in his middle finger, than the three stooges I dealt with before. As he was comforting me, the sales manager was comforting Farhad. Pejman will be my salesperson moving forward. As I am semi-retiring this year, I will be buying 2 other retirement vehicles this year from Mercedes. I have no problem with MERCEDES Corp. I have a major problem with these poor excuse for salespersons and their representatives. * I would expect MERCEDES diamond standard AMG service. * I would expect a safe vehicle delivered to me, or a courtesy vehicle provided while being repaired. * To be treated with respect * My vehicle serviced in a timely manner NOT ONE THING THEY GOT RIGHT. I can prove it all. After that encounter, the general sales manager Chris Graham sent me a nasty email blaming me for talking about his employees in a belittling manner. LOL.......Not worried about me or wife. Protecting his henchmen. Blaming me. Blaming me? LOL I could not believe what I was reading. He went on to threaten to take my vehicle away, for, I guess, being upset about how I am being abused.....MY TURN!!! More

They're expensive, but I always felt that I could trust their work. This all changed when they returned my car with a damaged component. At first, my service advisor Gregory did not even acknowledge the break, which was obvious as soon as I saw the car. When I questioned him about it, he did everything in his power not to take any ownership for what happened. Eventually, Gregory told me he would refund me for part of the cost of the replacement. It has been over 6 months now since the repair, and I have yet to get my refund or any info about its status. I have talked to several staff members, including Dina and Isabella, all who promise to talk to the service manager Robert but then never call me back. This has happened several times now. I'm not sure how to proceed at this point. I don't like having to mention any names or leave negative reviews, but nobody at this dealership is owning up to my promised refund. The lack of accountability and professionalism is seriously shocking. To anybody reading this, I sincerely hope you reconsider getting your car serviced here. More
