I just recently bought a 2012 chysler 200 from them and was quite happy until not even 2 months in the wipers stop working so we took it in and were told we have to wait 3 to 5 days for the part which is f was quite happy until not even 2 months in the wipers stop working so we took it in and were told we have to wait 3 to 5 days for the part which is fine except we have 3 days of rain coming, so we asked for a rental and were told unless its raining we wont be supplied with one so tell me how are we supposed to go get the rental with it raining and no wipers. Obviously menzies and chrysler dont care about their customers or their well being which is bad when hyundai gave my buddy a rental when he was missing the plastic cover on a bumper let alone a real saftey issue. We will not buy chrysler/ dodge again and btw this is why the autopack was destroyed and why everyone buys foreign now More
This is my second car purchase with Menzies Chrysler. Alex and his team really worked hard to get me the deal I was after. The experience was great overall. I want to extend my thanks to Ajheet Ahuja and Alex Nita from Menzies Chrysler. I purchased a new Ram 1500 Laramie Long Horn, on April 20, 2013. Three weeks earlier, my daughter purchased a new Jeep Wrangl from Menzies Chrysler. I purchased a new Ram 1500 Laramie Long Horn, on April 20, 2013. Three weeks earlier, my daughter purchased a new Jeep Wrangler. My other two daughters purchased new Jeep Compasses last summer and fall. This makes a total of 4 new vehicle purchases from my family in the last 9 months. The buying experience at Menzies, is in one word, excellent. You will feel welcome, the minute you walk into the Dealership. The sales experience is quick, efficient and hassle free. There is a strong element of trust I experience dealing with Ajheet and Alex. I'm totally satisfied with these purchases and the many other new car purchases our family made at Menzies over the last decade. I am always extremely happy with the price. The vehicles were perfectly prepared for delivery. Ajheet took his time going over the options and how to use them. All the paperwork, insurance updates, etc, were expertly handled. The warranty options were expertly outlined by Zane Fancy. Their service doesn't end with the sale. The service department at Menzies is excellent. Book an appointment, drop off you vehicle and rest assured, any maintenance is expertly completed, on time, at a fair price. Menzies also offers a convenient pick up and drop off service, to assist their customers. Menzies Chrysler is by far the WORST dealership we have ever used. They are incompetent and try to over charge you every chance they get. My senior citizen father went their for an oil change and they sca ever used. They are incompetent and try to over charge you every chance they get. My senior citizen father went their for an oil change and they scared him into doing work that did not need to be done costing him over $700 dollars. They took advantage of his poor English skills. The staff are rude and arrogant. Their customer service is horrendous. In fact there is NO Customer Service at all. The staff look unhappy and miserable. How they got to be a 5 Star dealership is a mystery. DO NOT GO HERE! More

The experience with Menzies Chrysler was fantastic. I assumed the visit would be painful due to past experience at new car dealerships, but I'm happy to report the experience was nothing like I had expec assumed the visit would be painful due to past experience at new car dealerships, but I'm happy to report the experience was nothing like I had expected. From the beginning of the process, Pat La Rocca (Sales Rep) was great. He "actually" listened to what I had to say, countered with valuable points and not in such a way that I felt he was just out to make a sale. He worked with me - not against me to help find an appropriate price on a used car I was looking to purchase. I later saw Alex Nita (General Sales Manager), and he was straight forward, respected my time and his own, and though we didn't initially come to an agreed upon price, we did later the day following. The real value in this experience for me was dealing with Pat. Very good guy, works with his customers, and was respectful. He kept very clear communications into the next day when I eventually put a deposit on the car, and kept in touch between that day and the pick up date. Even the final few moments with the business manager to sign off on the car was very pain free. Overall, I was quite impressed with the dealership and it's staff. I would recommend dealing with Menzies, without hesitation in future. More

I always check with other dealers when its time to trade but always come back to Menzies as I always get the best allowance for my trade and the best price on a new vehicle...The service department is another reason I deal with Menzies as they are knowledgeable and understanding,whether it is a warranty issue or a general mechanical problem,I have always received great no hassle service. I would recommend this dealer to anyone in need of a new vehicle or for service on your current vehicle,I have always had great experiences dealing with the team from Menzies....... John More
My wife and myself were looking for another vehicle, we were kind of drawn to the Dodge Journey, because my father has one and he seems quite pleased with it, we met with a salesman, who was quite friendly were kind of drawn to the Dodge Journey, because my father has one and he seems quite pleased with it, we met with a salesman, who was quite friendly and helpful, we tested 2 vehicles, the journey, and caravan, we picked the 2010 journey. after a couple of weeks we had noticed a noise when we stopped, and then reversed, it seemed to be the brakes, and a poor atempt to fix paint scratches on the hood, and front right lower fender coming loose, I went to the service department, the shop forman took vehicle for a drive, he said everything seemed ok, how can he tell unless a mechanic removed the wheels and checked brake operation, this was not done, as far as the body problem, they sent me to a body shop in Ajax, got an estimate, said I would be without vehile for a couple of days, I asked about a loaner vehicle, none was going to be supplied, so as you can see my experience with Menzies service department has not been a pleasant one, I would not recomend this dealer to any of my friends or enemies. My fiancee and I attempted to purchase a truck from Menzies and decided to fill out the pre approval before entering the dealership, so that we would be prepared for purchase. After filling it out and obtaining our pre approval we test drove the vehicle and found that the it had not been maintained during its time at Menzies as the tire pressure was low on all four tires and the gas gauge was empty. We decided to ignore this and continue our process. We proceeded to pay phone tag for 7 days so that we would be able to sit down and discuss cost and term. We did this until on the 7th day, at that point we had to email our salesmen stating the process had been too lengthy with far too little communication to let us know what had been going on. We have yet to receive an apology for this poor service and hope it is a fluke as we were recommended this dealership by a family friend. More
