Looked at a dodge caravan, nice vehicle but when talking to a sales associate, he told me I was only to able to get a loan from one place at 21% interest. Ended up with 8% from another dealer. Found out he didn't even check to see if anyone would take my loan. Told me the bank wouldn't and I wouldn't be able to get a longer term on the vehicle I wanted but was able to from the bank. Overall, me made me feel horrible and didn't try to work with me at all. More

Fantastic experience purchasing a used 2010 Honda Civic from Rick and his sales team. I'm pretty fed up with dealing with the usual pushy, snaky sales reps but was VERY happy with how the guys at Menzies t from Rick and his sales team. Jennifer, the service associate, was friendly. Very pleasant to talk with. She even called me when the car was ready and arranged for a pick-up. My winter service maintenance was done in 1 and a half pleasant to talk with. She even called me when the car was ready and arranged for a pick-up. My winter service maintenance was done in 1 and a half hour, including winter tire changeover. Looked liked a very busy day for them. Not sure if 1 and a half hour service is too quick. Problem today was when I used my wiper this afternoon, the wiper will not stop, even if I turned off the engine. So am not sure if they forgot to do something or the service was done too hastily which may have caused the problem? Or maybe not. More

From the time i arrived i felt uneasy with this dealer which is odd cause ive had great experinces before with them. The one seller that we dealt with kept pushing for the purchuse of a new car which we s which is odd cause ive had great experinces before with them. The one seller that we dealt with kept pushing for the purchuse of a new car which we stated many times its not what we after. Once he realized we werent going to buy brand new he lost interest in selling us anything we asked about one vehicle and told us little to nothing about it and was on his phone the whole time. Then when we asked to see others he stated they had nothing. He then told us that when we decided what we wanted to come find him then walked away. We then located on our own several vehicles within our price range. I then gave them the benefit of the doubt and sought another seller. This seller was equally as bad. I had to wait 30 minutes just for the keys and then when he gave them to me he walked away i looked around the vehicles myself and then when i tried to start any of them 2 out of 3 wouldnt start. I then had to return into the show room and wait another 20 minutes to speak to him again. Finally i sought another seller who was happy to jump start the car i was most interested in but after that he to walked away. I then had to wait 15 minutes to get a plate to even test the vehicle. Although i did enjoy the vehicle when i finally sat down with the seller he continuously walked away from us and made us feel like we were dumb with ever question we asked. He was then very pushy and made us feel completely uncomfortable. I will not recommened this dealer nor will i return to it im very disappointed with the service i received More

But this is was not the case, and whoever was this guy who took my call was super rude and I had to pull the information out of his mouth! The first thing he said when i asked him about the kms on the car was "it's on our website"!! How big of an effort to tell my the kms on this car! and then after this short rude conversation, I asked him what are the business hours, he answered me and gave me a sarcastic laugh as he was hanging up!.. Just for this rude salesperson I will never considering even pay a trip there to see any car. More

We have purchased a lot of vehicles from various dealers throughout the GTA over the years, but found this one at Menzies to be the best experience so far. We found our salesman Steve great, he listened to what we wanted and made suggestions of different vehicles that could suit our needs and financial situation, we found Steve took the time to explain any questions we had about the different vehicles we looked at that day. After we decided to purchase the dodge ram 1500 we dealt with Zain Fancy who was in charge of finance, one of the things we remember most is Zain's first words were "on behalf of Menzies I'd like to thank you for your business". Zain walked us through all the financial steps and options available to us. A great experience that we will definitely be passing along to all our friends. More

I found the experience quite a bit different than I have had at other dealerships and car sales locations and I have bought quite a few cars, including a new one from another dealer less than a year ago. It had at other dealerships and car sales locations and I have bought quite a few cars, including a new one from another dealer less than a year ago. It seemed much more open where they would show you the screen and the costs (no going to the back room to talk to "the guy") which made the experience seem much less "us versus the dealer/sales person". I really enjoyed the session with the back office that walked me through the bill of sale and gave me the option of purchasing the extended warranty and only made me aware of the other things available but no "high pressure" or "scare tactics" the decision was completely up to me and they just showed the prices and what they could do and then let me take the time (alone if wanted) to make the decision. I ultimately choose the extended Chrysler warranty because I have had good experiences in the past and wanted the peace of mind as this vehicle was a previous daily rental. However, I did not take any of the extended rust, paint, stain protections etc. as my past experience with them and what's involved in trying to file a claim makes me quite skeptical of their value. Regardless the way they treated me throughout the whole process was very respectful and not "sales'ish". I just finished my first maintenance service with Menzies and getting an additional key fob with required programming and I was very impressed by the extra effort they made to address a couple additional items I had mentioned I discovered since driving the vehicle off the lot (ie. a rattle in one of the sliding doors, a loose/broken seat control moulding) and they looked after both of them without any additional discussion or charge as part of the overall service. This little bit of extra service detail exceeded my tainted expectations from dealings with other dealerships. Well done and thank you Menzie's. More
