I was looking for a new car, and found one at Menzies, I picked up the phone and called to inquire more info, where I expected a welcoming salesperson who would throw all the info he knows about the car tha picked up the phone and called to inquire more info, where I expected a welcoming salesperson who would throw all the info he knows about the car that would make me motivated to pay a trip from my town all the way there to see this car! But this is was not the case, and whoever was this guy who took my call was super rude and I had to pull the information out of his mouth! The first thing he said when i asked him about the kms on the car was "it's on our website"!! How big of an effort to tell my the kms on this car! and then after this short rude conversation, I asked him what are the business hours, he answered me and gave me a sarcastic laugh as he was hanging up!.. Just for this rude salesperson I will never considering even pay a trip there to see any car. More
I am Menzies's customer for more then 10 years so I'll recommend this team to anybody who is looking to make a good deal in buying a car. We have purchased a lot of vehicles from various dealers throughout the GTA over the years, but found this one at Menzies to be the best experience so far. We found our salesman Steve great, he listened to throughout the GTA over the years, but found this one at Menzies to be the best experience so far. We found our salesman Steve great, he listened to what we wanted and made suggestions of different vehicles that could suit our needs and financial situation, we found Steve took the time to explain any questions we had about the different vehicles we looked at that day. After we decided to purchase the dodge ram 1500 we dealt with Zain Fancy who was in charge of finance, one of the things we remember most is Zain's first words were "on behalf of Menzies I'd like to thank you for your business". Zain walked us through all the financial steps and options available to us. A great experience that we will definitely be passing along to all our friends. More
I found the experience quite a bit different than I have had at other dealerships and car sales locations and I have bought quite a few cars, including a new one from another dealer less than a year ago. It had at other dealerships and car sales locations and I have bought quite a few cars, including a new one from another dealer less than a year ago. It seemed much more open where they would show you the screen and the costs (no going to the back room to talk to "the guy") which made the experience seem much less "us versus the dealer/sales person". I really enjoyed the session with the back office that walked me through the bill of sale and gave me the option of purchasing the extended warranty and only made me aware of the other things available but no "high pressure" or "scare tactics" the decision was completely up to me and they just showed the prices and what they could do and then let me take the time (alone if wanted) to make the decision. I ultimately choose the extended Chrysler warranty because I have had good experiences in the past and wanted the peace of mind as this vehicle was a previous daily rental. However, I did not take any of the extended rust, paint, stain protections etc. as my past experience with them and what's involved in trying to file a claim makes me quite skeptical of their value. Regardless the way they treated me throughout the whole process was very respectful and not "sales'ish". I just finished my first maintenance service with Menzies and getting an additional key fob with required programming and I was very impressed by the extra effort they made to address a couple additional items I had mentioned I discovered since driving the vehicle off the lot (ie. a rattle in one of the sliding doors, a loose/broken seat control moulding) and they looked after both of them without any additional discussion or charge as part of the overall service. This little bit of extra service detail exceeded my tainted expectations from dealings with other dealerships. Well done and thank you Menzie's. More

STAY AWAY !!!!!! What a HORRIBLE experience, I came in to buy a used car and was met with Steve who was arrogant and rude. First, he lied and told me that the car was purchased from another dealership an to buy a used car and was met with Steve who was arrogant and rude. First, he lied and told me that the car was purchased from another dealership and assured me it was not a former rental. After a test drive I (always) look in the glove department and found registration from Enterprise rental company. When I brought the paper in for him to see, his response was, "ya ok, no big deal i'm not trying to hide anything". After an hour of being there I still made a decent offer on the car. He took the offer to discuss with management and came back after 25 minutes to tell me that the price is the price and they will not negotiate. Why have me wait 25 minutes to come back and say the price is firm.??? He then rudely ushered me out the door. Didn't try to sell me on another vehicle, didn't call me to followup and try to close a deal. But hey aside from Steve being rude, I still wanted the car. So I called back 2 days later and spoke with Ajeet and told him that "without prejudice" i'd rather work with him. He assured me that he would take care of me and we set-up an appointment. Well, not 2 minutes later my phone rings and its Steve. He was over the top rude to me and couldn't believe that I wanted to work with his other sales rep, then told me that the car was SOLD..... Then he hung up on me!!! No joke!! I wasn't going to let that arrogant salesrep hang up on me so I called him back and asked why he hung up. He said the conversation was done. So I gave him some choice words and he hung up on me again. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALER. The customer service SUCKS, and by reading other reviews on here I know I'm not the only one who went through this type of experience. They dont care about you.......... STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Check their BBB rating. Its an "F". To many complaints with this dealership. Take my advise and move on. More

My sales rep Ajeet, was friendly, knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. When asked to better the delivery time of my vehicle, they went to great extent to provide it to me asap. They even gave me a Grand Cherokee Limited for the weekend to lessen the impact of being without my vehicle. This is my 3rd truck bought from Ajeet at Menzies and I plan to buy my 4th here as well. Any service done has been quick and to my satisfaction. Overall, my experiences with Menzies Chrysler has been very good and my friends are now using this dealship. More
