Back then the salesman we dealt with (can't remember his name) was very courteous, he wasn't pushing us into a sale and he walked us through everything. We drove that vehicle for 3 years and when it came time for me to upgrade we went in and saw Cathy Hamilton about a new (used) Dart. She was very helpful in pointing out that it was sold but she had a few new ones I could drive so I did along with my wife. I was sold so we did the paperwork and my wife asked about trading her journey up for a new one. Cathy answered all our questions with ease, dealt with us for 4 hours, even with fussy and screaming kids, she was nice enough to keep them occupied. We walked out with financing pending on 2 brand new vehicles. We were called at 10:00 Monday morning saying they had great news so we went in that evening and signed paperwork on our 2 new cars. Zain was excellent with the financing and he got use awesome deals on ext. Warranties and services. Alex, the sales manager went out of his way to help my wife find the exact options she wanted in her journey so she would be happy. On Wednesday, we picked up our cars and everyone we dealt with greeted us and saw us off with smiling faces. They even arranged to switch the trailer hitch from the old journey to the new one free of charge. The experience was incredible there and I would recommend anyone looking for new vehicles to see Cathy Hamilton at Menzies. More

Two regular services in a row with a cost of more than $1000 each... I do not consider this normal for a vehicle still under factory warranty. After the factory warranty expired (60000 KM) we took it for an oil change at a local shop, they reported the oil pan was so badly rusted it required replacing, this is at 62000 KM. The truck had been serviced regularly at Menzies since new, a total of 12 times (the last time at 57000 KM) and no one ever mentioned this and of course now is not covered! We bought our RAM 1500 new from them and the sales experience was acceptable but since then the service has been absolutely horrible. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

"High And Dry" Worst experience of my adult life. Purchased a Ram here and broke down on my way back to Kingston. The truck wouldn't retain oil pressure. After h Worst experience of my adult life. After having the truck in the garage for 2 weeks with no updates at all, I was informed it was ready for pick up. Some of my payment information was incorrect and still outstanding, management left me voicemail saying I could provide the proper information or give the truck back. A voicemail I recieved to late.. I picked up the truck after it was "fixed." It still wouldn't retain oil pressure. After informing Management Menzies Chrysler. I was bullied into providing proper payment information with the promise of resolving my problem. I am a Canadian Forces Member, my wife is 7 months pregnant and this dealership now wants me to pay another 3000 dollars out of my own pocket, in conjunction with consuming the warranty I purchased for the truck should I run into problems down the road .... A little farther than 60km I'd imagined. If anyone is considering this place for a vehicle, new or used, I would advise against it. I would not wish this experience on anyone. Well Wishes, Jeff More
