"High And Dry" Worst experience of my adult life. Purchased a Ram here and broke down on my way back to Kingston. The truck wouldn't retain oil pressure. After h Worst experience of my adult life. Purchased a Ram here and broke down on my way back to Kingston. The truck wouldn't retain oil pressure. After having the truck in the garage for 2 weeks with no updates at all, I was informed it was ready for pick up. Some of my payment information was incorrect and still outstanding, management left me voicemail saying I could provide the proper information or give the truck back. A voicemail I recieved to late.. I picked up the truck after it was "fixed." It still wouldn't retain oil pressure. After informing Management Menzies Chrysler. I was bullied into providing proper payment information with the promise of resolving my problem. I am a Canadian Forces Member, my wife is 7 months pregnant and this dealership now wants me to pay another 3000 dollars out of my own pocket, in conjunction with consuming the warranty I purchased for the truck should I run into problems down the road .... A little farther than 60km I'd imagined. If anyone is considering this place for a vehicle, new or used, I would advise against it. I would not wish this experience on anyone. Well Wishes, Jeff More

When I brought my vehicle into the shop, I was met with friendly, knowledgeable staff who quickly took my information and immediately took my vehicle right into the garage. Due to the length of time required to complete the work, I was offered a ride to and from home, so I didn't have to wait at the service location while the service was completed. When the service was complete, my vehicle was returned to me in good, clean shape. Thanks again Menzies for your attention to detail, and your great customer service! More

Great people! In my visits to Menzies Chrysler's service department, I found the staff to be very nice and helpful in keeping my Dodge experience alive. I have had a couple minor problems with my vehicle and they were always able to repair what was wrong in a timely fashion. They have been excellent in accommodating my needs outside of the dealership while my vehicle was being worked on. They treat you like a human being, not a job number. That being said I hope to continue my service at this dealership. More
