Phil never tried to steer me towards something they had in stock to make a quick sale, just asked what I wanted and placed the order with no drama. Once the build started on my Wrangler, Phil notified me and let me know when to expect delivery. Vehicle actually showed up ahead of schedule. When I arrived at the dealership to take possession, all paper work and licensing was taken care of, vehicle was spotless and tank was full. Doesn't get much better then that! Love the Jeep by the way. More

Yes, Melodie met me on the lot, but it was different. From the first handshake, and sincere smile, I could sense a different experience; this during a -30 windchill! Mel's professionalism and knowledge were more than I expected from a rep with less than a year's experience in the product line and she was extremely patient with my indecision. We danced our dance for the better part of a month and in the end she was able to help me get into a brand new Ram 1500 Big Horn for just a little more than I would have paid for a used model. Staff in the parts, service, general managers, and administration office were all just as willing to answer my many questions......and I did have lots of questions. Car proof later showed $2300 worth of repairs, but very vague on details. Said okay to have my own mechanic look at it. He then became confrontational and aggressive about my hesitation to continue and lack of knowledge of 'lien' laws in Canada. I asked to work with a different salesperson. Got call later from original person that sales manager would no longer allow the van to be inspected due to 'insurance reasons'. Doesn't get much fishier IMO. Spoke with Sales manager who verified the claim. Will never step foot onto that dealership again. More

He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. I had a specific list, and he kept to that said list. Rick wasn't afraid to contact me, and we spent many days going after some fine vehicles. He continuously worked on the case, and was out there, rain, snow, shine or heat wave. Rick possessed that thing that many sales people lack. He cared, and was interested in what my family required...putting the human element back into the entire process. I'd say he's one of the best guys out there.
