Found the choices were numerous and the sales approach very relaxing and stress free. Dealer location allowed for a great test drive on both highway and neighboring streets. Sales approach and dealer transactions were fast, efficient and professional. The vehicle was delivered on time and immaculate. Buying a vehicle was never easier. I now see why there are so many vehicles with the 'M' on the back. Would recommend this dealer in a heartbeat. More

Brought the car in for an oil change 3 months later and it was the worst service I have ever had. Booked an appointment for 11am and drove into the bay and waited 15 minutes before anyone signed the car in. Then I waited, and waited and waited and 2 hours and 15 minutes later they had completed the challenging task of a $50 oil change. Never again, as my time is more valuable then sitting in a waiting room for a service that Mr. Lube does in 15 minutes. More

I drove a couple of hours from out of town - (they probably used that to their advantage thinking that I would have a high tolerance to terrible customer service)... I dealt with Steve who honestly mentioned he was leaving at 8:30 pm like 3/4 times and the showroom closes at 9. I requested to speak to someone else and he insisted on helping me. So I gave it a shot, in the midst of our conversation I was interrupted twice as he had to engage with the family he was speaking to before me. Here I was thinking "ok, this guy keeps mentioning he's leaving at 8:30 and not giving me a chance to make a deal". I went out to see the car, it looked decent with some scratches - nothing major. I was motivated to buy the car but play ball a bit - new car dealerships can typically knock off at least $300 on a used car and still make a bit of profit. He said very sternly there's absolutely no bargaining, and market value pricing, etc... I said "let's take a drive" and he responds by saying "ok, but you know there's no budging on price". Not the most friendly talk from a "seller". Gave me the impression of "you need me(seller) more than I need you (buyer)". I then tried to see if my son's stroller would fit in the trunk and he says " you see, THAT'S how you people get scratches on the car". Are you kidding me? Is this guy in sales? I ended up voicing my concern with his sales manager who couldn't care less and bragged that Steve's the #1 sales guy in Chrysler Canada - sure, he is... Walked into his office and Steve was insisting on hearing feedback "to his face" and I gladly gave it to him. Unbelievable that occured and I'm disappointed that the sales manager didn't do anything to make it right. He asked me, "well do you like the car?" I replied "yes, but not for the advertised price". He said "sorry, market value pricing"etc... Long story short at that point, I couldn't care less anymore... I preferred to cut my losses (time/gas) vs dealing with this dealership. I ended up dealing with another GTA Chrysler who were awesome in comparison. More
An overall pleasant experience! I walked into the dealership on July 9th 2015 with the intention of looking at a couple cars I saw advertised on AutoTrader. I met with Granville, one I walked into the dealership on July 9th 2015 with the intention of looking at a couple cars I saw advertised on AutoTrader. I met with Granville, one of the sales consultants, and he was very welcoming and informative. Let me reiterate that I was not actually intending on buying a car when I walked in. I told Granville this, and that I was only really here to research and test drive to see if the car(s) were right for me. I ended up taking out a 2014 Chrysler 300S and absolutely fell in love with it. But the price was a little too high for my budget. I told the sales person this, and before I knew it, he was able to meet my budget, so I decided to proceed. I felt like he really wanted my business and was willing to work with my options I laid out. Overall an excellent experience, and I would recommend Menzies to anyone I know in the market for a new or used car. More

I had emailed an inquiry and received a prompt reply. Loved dealing with our salesman. He answered any questions we had and was more than helpful with his suggestions regarding which vehicle would suit our needs. He gave us options and was incredibly eager to help us. Loved the customer service we were given and will look to them when we need our next vehicle. More
"Customers come first " DEFINATELY DOESN'T APPLY HERE!!! I asked questions about the car, its history and what not and only got vague, short , beat around the bush answers from the saleswoman I was dealing with. She absolutely refused to provide a history of previous owners. I was buying it sight unseen and with no test drive. Against my better judgement, I decided to proceed and take a chance on it even though I live in Thunder Bay and would be driving the car home 1400km. I did ask that if I were to purchase it, would there be a problem picking it up in a couple weeks and was told that would be fine. Now today I call to find out what was next to proceed and was informed that I was required to pick the car up in 6 days no exceptions. I said this is not possible as I have work commitments and would need a couple weeks before I could get there as we previously discussed when I put the deposit down on the car. I asked Melodie to ask manager if he could make exception and give me time. All I got back was this dealership holds 400 cars and we want it gone. Then I got a brief text that the Deposit was refunded to my credit card??? Nice customer service. I have purchased 3 vehicles down east in the last 2 years, All from PEEL CHRYSLER. THERE IS A REASON THEY ARE #1 IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Menzies showed me they have zero interest in gaining new customers and do not take them seriously. Needless to say, I called PEEL CHRYSLER after I got the news from Menzies and have them locating a Mazda 3 for my daughter. Only regret I have is that I didn't check with them first. Brief as my dealings were with them, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. More
friendly, helpful, no pressure. I bought my first vehicle from here. Looked around the lot at different trucks with different packages. Fell in love with a truck and bought it.
