Buy your used vehicle elsewhere I give this dealership 1 star and I would give it less if I could. If you want to buy a used vehicle and be totally on your own as soon as you drive it off the lot then this place is for you! Their customer service is so bad that none of the managers will even respond to my emails and voice messages. I would caution anyone considering buying a used vehicle as this experience for me has left me very frustrated and disappointed. I will never buy another vehicle from here and hopefully I can prevent you from making the same mistake. More

Long drive to no where After a 4 hour ride to pick up my new to me 2014 Dodge Durango I left disappointed. Once we arrived and did a quick once around outside of the vehicle After a 4 hour ride to pick up my new to me 2014 Dodge Durango I left disappointed. Once we arrived and did a quick once around outside of the vehicle we found the front fascia had several scratches and ding marks. Even after being assured days before that the sales person had done and inspection and found nothing wrong. Also was unwilling to do anything to remedy the situation we walked away. Not sure if he thought that we would suck it up and take it as is, or that he had enough other interested parties it was take or leave it attitude. I am glad we left it cause a 5 minute ride to another small dealership and we found a similar vehicle with a lot less km better shape and only 500$ more. Recall of my 2014 Dodge Journey I made an appointment with Menzies Chrysler to get a recall attended to. The service department could not have been more helpful in getting this accomplished. The service agent explained what they were going to do and how long I would wait for them to accomplish the task. I was directed to their reception area where there was Coffee/Sweets for my consumption as well as the days newspapers/tv for my entertainment. I had a coffee, listened to the TV as I read the paper. It only seemed like minutes and they serviceman came to me and told me my car was ready and waiting for me. I thanked them for the quick service as it was within an hour and I was on my way. I certainly appreciated the way I was treated and will continue to tell me friends and whomever where I purchased my car and how friendly/helpful their team are. David Claringbold More

Above and beyond! My husband and I went to Menzies to look for a new truck. We weren't very picky about which truck, as long as it had a 6'4" box and a crew cab. Great deal I was looking to downsize from my Chevy Sierra Crewcab. I was looking at getting a used 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Upon some negotiations , we ended up buyin I was looking to downsize from my Chevy Sierra Crewcab. I was looking at getting a used 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Upon some negotiations , we ended up buying a brand new 2016 Jeep, Cherokee, Trailhawk. The quality if this vehicle us outstanding. Nice ride and so fuel efficient with the new start/stop system, which automatically shuts off the engine when at a stop or in a line up. Amazing technology. We had a few challenges during the negotiations, but the Genera Manager , Rick Barnes met with me and sorted everything out. He is a true gentleman and upstanding man. The customer service in the the service area is outstanding answering all my questions and going out of their way to accommodate any issues I had. All in all, I am very happy with my new Jeep and the Customer service at Menzies Chrysler. More

Worst service department ive ever seen Bought a slightly used truck for 40k nothing but problems they apparently cant solve its been in and out multiple times in the first month. I had to replace brakes in the first month of having it also witch they obviously looked past in there safety witch the dont want to come good for. The used car manager has no people skills and should never have a manager position! I will never buy anything from there again. Rude slow non helpful service team!! More

Helpful repair service. Took my '07 Dodge Nitro (wish they still made them.) in for an urgent repair because of what another repair shop had mistakenly done.
