Car issues before 30 days.!!!! bought a 2009 Pontiac G8 from them before 30 days exhaust leak, drivers door strap wore out and clunking in front end.emailed salesman no responce fin bought a 2009 Pontiac G8 from them before 30 days exhaust leak, drivers door strap wore out and clunking in front end.emailed salesman no responce finally phoned Menzies salesman did not even work there anymore took a day to get ahold of a manager he told me to bring it up he woild look after it,i live in Peterborough so it,s quite a drive had to be there at 8;30 on a thursday morning so i work till 3am left work early so as to get some sleep got there at 9:30 thursday sat for a hour and a half just to have them say well the clunk we wont fix as its not saftey door strap we will fix that and exhaust well put up with that till we get the door stap in and we willsend it out to a muffler shop and see whats wrong with it.So left there wasted time going up exhaust stinking in traffic as it was right under my drivers seat got home to Peterborough took it to midis muffler $1900 just for the part to fix it proper but could not afford that so they removed the resonator and ran two pieces on pipe for $233 exhaust fixed, next day took it to a garage to get them to check the clunk it is a seized sway bar link so tight you can,t move it so waiting on the part for it will cost me $155 to get it fixed so tried to phone managers at Menzies called two of them no return call just wanted them to cover the cost of the repairs but nothing so to all you people looking to buy at Menzies stay clear they don,t care about you once you drive away i will never set foot on that lot again. It was Early sunday Morning, sitting at a dealer not to far from Menzies about to sign paperwork for a vehicle I was interested at. Sitting there waiting on the rep to return, I hopped on the internet and started looking at other rates for the same vehicle. Menzies came up right away, I sent in an "Inquiry" online, and within minutes I was called back by Adam Richard. He told me the price, (Approx $10,000 cheaper !!!) and invited me to come visit him, So I left the dealer and visited Menzies! I got there and spoke to Adam, It was so friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me with my every request, and made the sale happen! After the sale, he was there to assist me with my insurance queries, and even stayed a bit later to show me all of the features of the vehicle! This review was well deserved!
