I made contact via email with Sales Consultant Adam Richard with some questions concerning the car. Adam quickly responded with answers to my questions and also informed me that he was the one who had recently taken this particular car in on a trade in and was able to tell me a bit about who the previous owners were. I had mentioned to Adam that I was an auto tech in our conversation and shortly after I received a email that he had contacted the original owner and found out what recent services had been done on the car...... as he knew that would be important to me. As I was only available to come look at the car Friday evening, but the dealership not open Friday nights, I decided to have my Daughter drop by Saturday to test drive to see if she liked. Adam was not in Saturday, but she was welcomed and looked after by Vance as Adam had informed the greeter that she would be coming in for a test drive. I returned Monday evening with my daughter to drive myself and Adam who was not working that evening, came in to meet with us. We decided to purchase and the transition was seamless preparing the paperwork. The Business Manager Zain sat down with us to explain the details and options available to us with extended warranty, ect. Later in the week I received a call from Adam letting me know car was ready to go and inquiring when we would be in to pickup. Saturday we arrived as agreed and the car was parked out front clean and ready to go. Adam had all the paperwork ready and we where on our way. I must say that I was impressed with Adam's professional friendly nature and his ability to see that information on the car was important to me upon our first conversation. Going that extra mile to contact the previous owner to inquire about service timelines effectively created a confidence in me that was one of the reasons I decided to buy this car. Adam, keep up the great customer service! More

I have never been so comfortable in a car dealership - Alex, Steve, Granville ... The whole team are approachable, friendly, extremely knowledgable - and we have yet to be offered a better deal at any other dealership in the GTA we've shopped. From management, to the sales staff, to the service department, we have always been looked after at Menzies. More

When it came to sit down to trade it in my 2007 vow gli the manger said he would give me 200 for my car for scrap because it was lowered as he called it unsafe to drive. Why won't you guys fix all the trucks there with engine lights because some look like scrap to me. I don't recommended this dealer ship to no one under that manger doesn't know what he is talking about More
My experience was pleasant and uncomplicated . I thought that Adam was thorough he gave us all the info we needed to make a decision. There were no games just the facts. I appreciated that. Will not ever go back to Menzies Chrysler for a used car Too good to be true would be my summary for this dealer. We were doing a random walk around the lots, checking out used cars and jeeps like we normal Too good to be true would be my summary for this dealer. We were doing a random walk around the lots, checking out used cars and jeeps like we normally do it was probably about 4:00pm on a Saturday. Nothing really caught our eye and the cars that were online were nothing special. We were about to give up when we spotted a white BMW that did not match any of the online vehicles we were initially looking at. We checked it it was a manual transmission too! Score we thought. This is where the fun begins. We walked in to inquire about a test drive and were greeted by Al. He seemed like a "nice enough" sales guy. We test drove the car everything seemed okay except when I peeked around the corner before they brought it over only to see the hood up and something hooked up to the car, assumed it was a dead battery and just needed a quick charge. The test drive seemed fine, but there was no gas in it to do any extensive driving. As we are previous BMW owners we loved the idea of owning another, the price was fairly good for the mileage and the year so we thought why not? That was mistake one, we should have slept on it or test drove it again. Now it's approaching closing time and we decide to pull the trigger and purchase it. This was met with waiting lots of waiting. Then our salesperson comes down with a junket, I still have no idea what was in there and he made mention of the carfax says no accidents. Then basically handed us over to finance and took off for the evening as he was there past his shift, really warm feeling all around not at all. We are quickly rushed over to the finance desk to get that down payment locked away and then shown the door for the evening. Initially, I had inquired about having them hold the car for an extra two weeks as we were coming up on a vacation. Nope, we can not do that cause it costs us(Menzies)money. The rest of the pickup story is not too interesting so we can fast forward the two weeks holidays + 20 driving days I go to start the car one morning for work and am faced with a terrible stutter, it levels out quickly and I think nothing of it as I am past my 30-day window for support anyway. I started the car again quickly that morning after I got gas and it seemed okay again. The issue only re-occurred after an 8-hour stretch when the car had time to cool down, the rest of my day at work. The car stuttered again, this time, worse. It continued on for the next few days until it got the point where it actually stalled out. Okay, time to take it to the shop. I have a preferred mechanic I like to use for my BMW so I took it to him. Well after a half day diagnostic it turned out I had a cracked valve cover, some other valve had gone bad and the best part was some inferior brand spark plugs and coils that caused this whole mess. Guess what those plugs and coils were about a month old, just before I got my car. This trip to the mechanic cost me $2500. Also, the other surprise that was not mentioned until we came to pick up the car, it only comes with one key, so another couple hundred there for a secondary one. So my initial reasonably priced BMW is now on par with buying a used one from a BMW dealership themselves, so much for those savings. Now for my favorite parts. As we requested to have the car plated and licensed from Menzies, it was not until I went to change the frame around the license plate that I noticed that instead of finding proper matching bolts that would fit, they just took a random set and actually ended up drilling them into my trunk. Also, this was American car which we were never notified about at all. Which means that in order for me now to add it myBMW site I would have to pay for a $500 dollar completed recall letter. Since is has no factory warranty left this will not be happening but just one more gotcha along the way. To Menzies, I would suggest that if you can not fix the vehicles to a proper standard perhaps you should not be doing them at all. Maybe pass on the BMW's until you get some proper parts or training. Thanks Menzies for the experience, I will never shop with you again. TL:DR - I still love my BMW, but I would never again buy one from Menzies. More
Terrible customer service to potential customer I looked at a used Ford f 150 on the Menzies web site on Saturday morning and considered trading my truck in on it. The web site had a section that st I looked at a used Ford f 150 on the Menzies web site on Saturday morning and considered trading my truck in on it. The web site had a section that stated " Submit this trade-in form and we will get back to you promptly with an appraised value", so I did. With in minutes I received the regular "Thanks for your enquiry" email and a few minutes later I had a salesman email me and ask me if I could bring my truck in for a better a trade in appraisal so they could have a better idea of what it is worth. I replied back stating that visual inspection of a vehicle is always better but your web site stated that you would give me an appraisal value "Promptly" I explained that I was not going to drive the 3+ hour round trip unless the trade in numbers looked reasonable. Why waste both of our time.......Never heard back from him, so I called him on Monday morning. He said they got really busy on Saturday and he would have his manger look over the info on the appraisal forms I submitted on Saturday and get back to me shortly. 8 hours later, still no response. If this type of poor customer service is what I received and I haven't even got to the dealership yet, I'm not sure If I even want to make the drive (if they ever call me back). They finally did email me back with a ridiculously low appraisal on my truck which I told them they were out to lunch. Obviously they don't have time for "potential customers" and their web based "trade in appraisal form" is just a ploy to get you to come into the dealership. What a waste of time. I will take my 30K elsewhere. PS- I will say that Adam was very friendly throughout our sporadic conversations. More

Two of the Sales team I dealt with were great and very helpful. Although I did not purchase the pre owned vehicle I had looked at; not a Challenger, I most likely will be back. There was a bit of an oddity from a finance employee, made me very uncomfortable with her demeanor towards me ( I don't finance, but she walked past me and scoffed). Another side note, I asked a different employee to help me with the car outside, he was so aloof and hardly acknowledged me talking with him, he is the sales manager. I would deal directly only, next time; with Granville and or Vance. They were so great and obliging, that any negative was overshadowed by their positive service. More
