Buy another brand of vehicle so you are not stuck with them We have been dealing with a service dept in Whitby @ Menzies. We believe the service department is either completely incompetent, or fraudulent. The We have been dealing with a service dept in Whitby @ Menzies. We believe the service department is either completely incompetent, or fraudulent. The have taken our 2010 caravan in numerous times to fix an issue with stalling. 5 times in 5 weeks. They can't or won't fix it. And yet continue to charge us over $3K every time we bring it back, or they will not release the vehicle. The employees at the service centre do not seem to understand the repair guarantee in Canada. When we reminded her of if, she just rolled her eyes and said "well that's not our policy, you have to pay every time the vehicle comes in, it doesn't matter if the Repair is faulty or the mechanic misdiagnosed the issue." The service rep forced me to drive the car as they refused to tow it, and we were nearly struck by a truck when our vehicle suddenly stopped, putting the lives of me, and my 2 small kids at risk. I expect more integrity from a dealership. They should be aware of the laws and regulations, there should always be someone in a management position capable of making decisions available. It is bad practice that a dealership advices people to drive unsafe vehicles knowingly with children. More
