Buy another brand of vehicle so you are not stuck with them We have been dealing with a service dept in Whitby @ Menzies. We believe the service department is either completely incompetent, or fraudulent. The We have been dealing with a service dept in Whitby @ Menzies. We believe the service department is either completely incompetent, or fraudulent. The have taken our 2010 caravan in numerous times to fix an issue with stalling. 5 times in 5 weeks. They can't or won't fix it. And yet continue to charge us over $3K every time we bring it back, or they will not release the vehicle. The employees at the service centre do not seem to understand the repair guarantee in Canada. When we reminded her of if, she just rolled her eyes and said "well that's not our policy, you have to pay every time the vehicle comes in, it doesn't matter if the Repair is faulty or the mechanic misdiagnosed the issue." The service rep forced me to drive the car as they refused to tow it, and we were nearly struck by a truck when our vehicle suddenly stopped, putting the lives of me, and my 2 small kids at risk. I expect more integrity from a dealership. They should be aware of the laws and regulations, there should always be someone in a management position capable of making decisions available. It is bad practice that a dealership advices people to drive unsafe vehicles knowingly with children. More

Disappointed I bought a used jeep from the dealer. I commented that the tires looked pretty used and would probably need to be replaced. Sales guy advised me that tires would be replaced even if they were border line. Jeep went in for safety and had a bunch of work done for the safety. Tires supposedly past. Upon driving the vehicle I noticed warning lights on the dash and one headlight was out. Not sure how that past safety. 2 days later I just about crashed the jeep with my family in the car due to poor tires in the rain. I took the vehicle to my mechanic that does commercial safeties on my work vehicles to see what he thought of the tires. He measured the tires finding them border line with one of them just passing. I made a appointment at the dealership to have the headlight fixed and to address the warning lights. Headlight was fixed but the warning lights were not. I was advised that the warning lights were on as I put new tires on my vehicle even though the lights were on there before. So I have safe tires now with the warning lights still on.
