Disappointed I bought a used jeep from the dealer. I commented that the tires looked pretty used and would probably need to be replaced. Sales guy advised me that I bought a used jeep from the dealer. I commented that the tires looked pretty used and would probably need to be replaced. Sales guy advised me that tires would be replaced even if they were border line. Jeep went in for safety and had a bunch of work done for the safety. Tires supposedly past. Upon driving the vehicle I noticed warning lights on the dash and one headlight was out. Not sure how that past safety. 2 days later I just about crashed the jeep with my family in the car due to poor tires in the rain. I took the vehicle to my mechanic that does commercial safeties on my work vehicles to see what he thought of the tires. He measured the tires finding them border line with one of them just passing. I made a appointment at the dealership to have the headlight fixed and to address the warning lights. Headlight was fixed but the warning lights were not. I was advised that the warning lights were on as I put new tires on my vehicle even though the lights were on there before. So I have safe tires now with the warning lights still on. He's the type of person that you would follow if he left and went to work somewhere e Terrific service. Our salesman was honest and patient with us. Having said that, the managers were also great and did everything they could to make me a happy customer. I got cold feet and panicked only hours after signing the deal on a new grand Cherokee but everyone worked with me and I'm really happy that I made the purchase. I highly recommend Menzies Chrysler.
