Very lackluster ound very minimal effort on part of the sales staff and furthermore even the Sales Manager when it came to my Use Car purchase earlier last year. I was no offered no assistance when test driving the vehicle even though the dealership was under construction and cars were crammed in within inches of each other. I had 2 strangers helping me to try and pull out of an impossible parking space with every sensor going off in the car simultaneously. When I purchased the car I had kindly asked for a tire rotation since the front tires looked visibly worn. Phil mentioned that could be done and this courtesy was not carried out. In comparison, when I had previously purchased from Formula Honda they had included a new set of Michelin tires and a Honda emblem for the front hood since the old one was scratched. Here, all I got was a detailing with some streaky drying. I also did not appreciate being asked financial information several times by the coffeemaker in the sitting area rather than being taken to the office which I was only granted entrance into when it came time to sign on the dotted line. Lastly, Phil and even the Sales Manager NEVER ONCE returned my calls when I needed to see documentation after the car was purchased. The response I received was Phil would have to call me back because these documents were locked away in some department or computer somewhere and he'd have to forage around and find it. Upon my frustration with having no assistance from Phil now that the sale was complete, I left several messages for the Sales Manager who never bothered to return my call. Oddly enough upon my 6th call to the dealership a lovely woman answered, appreciated my frustration and emailed over the correct documents to me within 5 minutes of ending the phone call leading me to believe this documentation was relatively easy to find and just no one else wanted to when a sale was no longer on the line. Shameful experience here for a dealership when there are so many others to choose from. If I could have found the exact car I had been looking for somewhere else, I would have gone elsewhere in a heartbeat. It's really too bad as a family member is now looking for a Chrysler 300 to buy and asked me whether I would recommend the dealership and it was a very quick No. More

This dealership was friendly, honest no pressure to buy Menzies is a great dealership our Salesman was very friendly and we were not pressured on the lot. Disappointed with Customer Service It was my first time at Menzies to get my vehicle serviced. The service was fine and got the vehicle the same day. But very disappointed at the customer service ladies. I had to call back after a day as I got a flat tire. They are not even ready to hear when you call back for help.I just wantd to know if they coud assist or get sme advise. Its not the same behaviour when you call for appointment. Finally when the service rep returned my call she said they cannot help as we did not confirm their recommendation. When you are given a quote of $1000 would you not want to think about it before confirming right away? Will never go back to menzies and will definitely spread the word to my friends as well. Expected more frm a Chrysler brand. More
