Disappointed with Customer Service It was my first time at Menzies to get my vehicle serviced. The service was fine and got the vehicle the same day. But very disappointed at the customer service ladies. I had to call back after a day as I got a flat tire. They are not even ready to hear when you call back for help.I just wantd to know if they coud assist or get sme advise. Its not the same behaviour when you call for appointment. Finally when the service rep returned my call she said they cannot help as we did not confirm their recommendation. When you are given a quote of $1000 would you not want to think about it before confirming right away? Will never go back to menzies and will definitely spread the word to my friends as well. Expected more frm a Chrysler brand. More

Terrible Customer Service, No return call Purchased Town and Country from Menzies. Vehicle was advertised as having dual DVD's. Upon pick up of the vehicle was told that the DVD player did not Purchased Town and Country from Menzies. Vehicle was advertised as having dual DVD's. Upon pick up of the vehicle was told that the DVD player did not come with remote or headsets. These needed to be purchased at the parts counter. Fleeced for an additional $200.00+. At no time during the sales process was I informed of this. Requested to speak with the Sales Manager Alex who was out. Left voicemail for Alex. Have never had my call returned. If the dealership manager isn't willing to return a call then I believe that speaks volumes for the culture. There are lots of other dealerships to buy from, don't waste your time at Menzie's. More

The nonmentioned 10 day cancellation policy Should of walked when I first walked in! Picked a used auto of which I am happy with the salesperson attitude I am not. When I brought up the price he sharply stated that all the cars are priced to sell if I did not buy it someone else would. He was in no way going to negotiate price I was dumbfounded With the purchase I paid extra for the powertrain warranty $1299 that was Sept 13 skip forward to Nov1 the day that my warranty get delivered by Canada Post. Upon delivery I call Lubrico the warranty company because I had decided that I did not want the coverage and I would like my money back. They pass the buck and me back to Menzies. when I approach them I was told they had a 10 day policyon cancellations. A policy that had never been expressed explained nor mentioned. Even the Nov 1 delivery date..I am on a pension I think I would better benefit from the money but if Menzies is that hard up for cash and needs to play the policy card then they can shove it More

Reply: "we are busy on Saturdays, and your situation sounds like you will be waiting a while before your lease situation is figured out" -guess my business isn't important enough to see me on a Saturday, (the only time I'm available) only a Monday. That's the first time I've ever been turned down trying to book an appointment to buy a new (what would have been an expensive vehicle) More
