Sales was great. Finance made me walk away I purchased a used 2016 Ram 2500 from Jennifer who was great to deal with. No pressure and lots of information and answered any and all questions I came up with. Where they lost my sale was at the finance stage with Zain. I had been shopping for a while and been through a few sales pitches with other local dealers. Every dealer offered me a 5.99% finance rate. My bank had offered me the same rate before I started shopping so I knew going in what the rate should be. I received the finance quote from Zain at 7.99% but if I purchased $2990 plus tax ( gap ) protection my rate would go down to 6.49%. If I purchased an extended warranty, tire and rim and key protection, for who knows how much more, my rate goes to 5.99%. Why would a bank care if my tires and rims are protected so they give me a lower rate? When I questioned this I was told it was a bank mandated rate. When I said I'd like my deposit back wouldn't you know it they pulled some strings and got me 5.99% with no extra purchases required. Told them this should have been offered at the beginning of the finance process and to refund my deposit. After I walked away I received a phone call from the General Sales Manager and the General Manager. I left messages for both but no return phone call to discuss what happened. Too bad. I really liked the truck and the sales person was great. More

He was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. We took the vehicle for a test drive and fell in love. He was so accommodating when we asked about a trailing hitch. They put it on and no extra charge. He was amazing!! Called us to confirm when we were picking up as we live out of town and was concerned as they still need to get the hitch on. Don't be scammed Not impressed. Had the typical car salesman tell us all the great stuff and was rushed into buying a truck last year but his guarantee was you have Not impressed. For any reason during the first year you can always bring back the keys if you don't enjoy it. Contacted Menzies and that's not the case and they won't stand behind their sales guy and their word. Wouldn't recommended being scammed. Go elsewhere where they stand behind their word. More
