Recently picked up my car from Mega Mitsubishi and can't truly express how happy I am with the overall service they provided. Unlike most dealerships, they did not rush me into buying anything, instead they were all extremely patient and understood that I needed time to make the best decision possible. I without a doubt recommend Mega Mitsubishi to anyone who's looking for an honest service and an extremely friendly staff to work with! ALOT of respect for the entire staff working there. He was prompt and patient with my emails as I do have a hectic schedule. He referred me to James who was also a great help. James welcomed me into the environment and within a matter of minutes I have purchased the car I wanted! I had been to many dealerships and for the first time I felt like I did not have to settle. They knew what I wanted and delivered! Within a couple of days, my car was ready for pick up. Philip had made this such a pleasant and easy purchase. All of the other gentlemen working there were great too. More

Nice people, poor service I bought a 2010 Outlander 5 years ago. I had a battery problem 6 months after the purchase. They charged the battery, told me that is was normal somet I bought a 2010 Outlander 5 years ago. I had a battery problem 6 months after the purchase. They charged the battery, told me that is was normal sometimes when the car was not used for several days??? So if you buy a new car, you can't go on trips anymore!? They charged me 90$ for the diagnostic... for a problem that should not have occured, they should have given me money, not the opposite. For two years now, I am hearing a clunking noise when I move forward very slowly and when I turn. They looked at it at three different occasions without finding anything wrong. The last time, they changed the bearings, thinking that it would solve the problem. It did not. My neighbor was able to find the problem just by backing out of my driveway. It is the ball joint. So now I called the dealership to have that checked since my warranty is up in a month. I asked them put down in writing that this has been an ongoing, unresolved issue and it should be covered by warranty even after the five years is up and the employee told me that it had to be fixed before the end of the warranty for it to be covered. So what I understand from it is, they will only look at your car carefully, when the warranty is over. Good cars, bad company. I will not buy there again. More
Horrible Experience NEVER purchase your next vehicle from Mega. We purchased a 2010 Jeep Patriot in Sept 2014. At the point of purchase, we were told a bunch of lies to NEVER purchase your next vehicle from Mega. We purchased a 2010 Jeep Patriot in Sept 2014. At the point of purchase, we were told a bunch of lies to get us to buy; the car was driven on the highway only, no mechanical issues, never used for towing, and it hadn't been sitting in the lot long. As soon as we took possession, we noticed suspension issues, lots of creaks, a major interior moisture issue, problems with the ventilation system, strange smells and a couple of weird clunks when we hit a bump. We had them take it back to have it repaired - a week of rude service or non-existent service staff to answer calls. We had to bring it back 3 times, each time they said the car was in great shape, yet each time they attempted fixed something else. In our service notes, it shows where we repeatedly asked to have the rear suspension checked - repeatedly. They 'couldn't find' any issue. About 6 months later, less than 20k put on the car, we brought the car to our local Jeep dealer to have some new summer tires put on. Unfortunately, they couldn't touch the car due to "repairs that should have been made more than 6 months ago." It was so bad, we had to trade the car in and buy a new one. All the lies they told us were suddenly coming out. The total for the repairs were over $3000. We tried to contact Mega, but nobody would even answer our calls. Some poor salesman tried to get the owner and management to listen, but he was told to stop communicating with us. We sent many emails and made many phone calls, but they wouldn't respond. Save your time, your money, and your sanity by NEVER going to Mega Mitsubishi, Mega Automobile, and Rally Mitsubishi. More

However, I have not experienced their client services for the maintenance of my car as outlined in my extended warranty, but I will be sure to make a review of my experience (good or bad) as soon as I contact them again.
