I was surprised cause when my wife goes to vw for an oil change, she's there for a good 4-5 hours. My oil change took just over an hour. They washed my car, answered all my questions, and all the staff were so nice and pleasant. While waiting in the waiting room, a sales associate asked if I wanted a coffe and donut and got it for me. It was like I was royalty. After getting me the coffee, we chit-chat for a while like he was my closest boy from back in the day. I felt so comfortable there. It was like a second home lol. Definitely would recommend my friends to do business with them. They go that extra mile to make you happy. Pete More

Since I needed an oil change & service for a recent recall, I thought I would get my safety done as well. I left the car & took the shuttle service into work. After some time Virginia called with some "bad news". Now don't get me wrong, I realize that Virginia is just the messenger! She said that the technician(s) could not pass the safety because I needed all new break pads as well as rotors! Calmly I asked what the fee would be and she quoted $815.00 for break pads only. I told her that was absurd! How could a three year old standard transmission car with 55,000 KM need all that work?? I told her had I taken the car anywhere else, it would have passed. Having said that she said she would discount to $749.00. I told her with that news, she made my decision that much easier. I told her they could keep the car and that I would get into a new lease! I then placed a call to Daniel Furster (who is amazing) to get the ball rolling on a 2016 Accord Coupe. Minutes later, I received another call from Virginia. She said there was a misunderstanding and that the breaks do not pass Honda's standards but does pass the Government's standard and that they issued the "Pass" certificate. Of course I was still on the hook for the $115.00 + tax for a certificate that I wasn't going to be using after all! I'm warning you, do not get anything done at their Service Center other than an oil change. Who even knows if that job is being done above board! I've had other ridiculous experiences with them as well. Time to move on as far as service is concerned. Too bad. Daniel (Sales) is the only person that I would deal with. More

Great customer service alway treated me like v.i.p. I recently came in for service (oil change, Honda recall) I was greeted by the service advisor (David Tsan) and service manager (Kenny Foo) as soone a I recently came in for service (oil change, Honda recall) I was greeted by the service advisor (David Tsan) and service manager (Kenny Foo) as soone as I open the door. Nothing beats being acknowledged right away, especially when you have to catch a go train. Check in was very fast and David was very delightful to deal with. David and Kenny spoken to me with respect and on a personal level. May me feel like I was in great hands, offered me a shuttle and made sure I was going to make my train. Even before I left the dealership set up a time for me to be picked up. Awesome way to set up a pick up time. This dealership is world class and treats their clients the v.i.p. More

Wrost Service people ever. Dave Tsan (Service Advisor) purchased a brand Honda Accord from these people and first problem rear seat was not folding and Service Manager was blaming on us that we don't know purchased a brand Honda Accord from these people and first problem rear seat was not folding and Service Manager was blaming on us that we don't know how to fold the rear seat. When I ask him to check a brand new car in the show room. Then first he embarrassed himself on the front of service advisor and sales person then agree to replace the part. Which is still broken after 2 days of replacement. Feel like never replaced at the first place.This time hood seal having issue. Car still under warranty. But they want me to pay $115 as inspection fee and $198 for new hood seal. Which I purchase from their parts department for $33 and change at my drive way in less then 4 minutes. These people get single star or less due to their bad practices. Dont bother wasting you time and money with this dealership. Dealt with Kenny Foo and Dave TSan. More
Horrible Customer Service I will never return to this dealership even though it's the closest one to my home. They don't even provide shuttle service to their customers to the Square One area so you can get your car fixed while you are at work. Apparently that's out of their boundary. I have co-workers that use dealerships in Etobicoke who have shuttles that drive them to downtown Mississauga. No one called me to advise when the part for my car would be delivered. When you call the service department during their operating hours no one ever wants to answer the phone. I will never go to this dealer again for anything! Worst service provider ever...After sale worst service I bought 2 cars from them, first was new in Feb, 2015 so I got no issue with the car so far. Second car was used, Honda Civic 2012. Well the car they I bought 2 cars from them, first was new in Feb, 2015 so I got no issue with the car so far. Second car was used, Honda Civic 2012. Well the car they showed me had no scratch. When I took the car after delivery I found scratch on the car, four big spiders inside the car, back seat and carpet had horrible smell, car was indicating oil change, after starting car and A/C it had strong oil burning smell dome light was not working and one seat belt was giving problem. I took this car for service for more than 3 times and they did not fix problems yet. All the time repair shop staff does not know what to do with car and what were the problems. Salesperson Zulfiqar do not return call or emails, his concern was related with only sales, do not want to get involve in service issues. Used car manager Mr. Chun is not interested to talk and reply emails or even if you go talk to them. Nothing is coming out and still from the last 3 weeks they have my car and did not fix it. 2 Months for buying it and almost 4 weeks it is in dealership for repair. I do not know what to do with them, just want to get rid of this deal... horrible people on front desk, horrible staff for service and worst people in management. More

Bunch of liars, do not trust them! Finally drove home a Subaru! Never thought this hard to buy a new car. Long story short, signed a deal with Meadowvale Honda for a Honda HRV on Sep Finally drove home a Subaru! Never thought this hard to buy a new car. Long story short, signed a deal with Meadowvale Honda for a Honda HRV on Sept 12, got the VIN right before went on vacation in Oct, got insurance for the car and waiting to pick up the car after come back from vacation. Nov 9th, went to pick up the car, only to find out the dealer sold the car to somebody else! Can you believe it?! They even blame me not to pick up the car, even though the day of my flight I have called them, I was told no worries, everything was settled. Found out from Honda Canada the dealer sold the car the day I left for vacation. The sales manager even lie to me that asked me give him two days to find out what happened and what he can do to get another car faster. No follow up, no action to fix their mistake, he has the guts to text me the new car will be ready Dec 4 to 10th after I had to try to get hold of him four five times. Being 14 years of Honda customer, I wouldn't let Meadowvale Honda get a penny from me! Too bad Honda has to lose a customer because a really bad dealer they have. Still can't believe there is no ethics from Meadowvale Honda, can't trust any words they told you! Stay away from that dealership even if you are buying a Honda! More
