They overcharge at least 5 times more comparing with a independent shop. Think twice before you go there and ask for a second opinion and quote. Also waiting time is far too long. independent shop. I thought service provided by dealer store must be excellent, but it turned out to be extremely frustrating. Mr. Fool failed to deliver our car in 3 to 4 days as promised beforehand. He did not leave excellent, but it turned out to be extremely frustrating. Mr. Fool failed to deliver our car in 3 to 4 days as promised beforehand. He did not leave us a message nor offered any apology until the very last minute. When I was arguing with him, he essentially threatened me to get out if I speak any louder. He also said I was "blackmailing" him by asking for something to make up for my lost. Even attempted to say a delay is okay because he gave me a low price, which isn't low at all. Totally unacceptable behaviors. More
Went there to get my breaks done. $1056.00 and they didn't adjust the hand break, when I called to ask why they hadn't done it they said " because I never asked them to" my mistake for assuming that a didn't adjust the hand break, when I called to ask why they hadn't done it they said " because I never asked them to" my mistake for assuming that a $1056.00 break job would include the hand break. I guess if you go there for an oil change make sure you ask them to change the oil filter. If you need a good Honda Dealership go to Brampton Honda More

It has been great experience to work with Meadowvale Honda. I do my oil change and all maintenance there. in 2011 I had my timing belt/water pump work done at 160K. Now my car is at 216K. On Monday Marh Honda. I do my oil change and all maintenance there. in 2011 I had my timing belt/water pump work done at 160K. Now my car is at 216K. On Monday Marhc 11th teh car stopped working. I towed it to MH, paid $ 40 for twoing and $ 125 for inspection. The Advisor said that the tensioners are broken so they will have to re-do the whole timing belt work again at the cost of $ 850. After that they will do copression test to check if there was any damage to the engine which is most likely happens if tensioners broke. I said why didn't you changed it when we did the timing belts? I talked to few licensed technicians and did lot of google. Everywhere it is advised to change the tensioners with the timing belts changed. But advisors are saying no it is not needed. Anyways it is a mistake done by technicians and the advisor which they will never accept. Because of their blunder I'm facing the cost of 1800$ to replace the whole engine becuase the engine is damaged. Hope to see this feedback on the Meadowvale Honda Web site as I posted it there too:). Thanks, Arfeen More

I went here last Thanksgiving 2011 looking for a used car. I said something sporty and fun and I was put into an old honda civic, then an old fusion, then finally a used Lancer. Loved the Lancer and said car. I said something sporty and fun and I was put into an old honda civic, then an old fusion, then finally a used Lancer. Loved the Lancer and said I would think about leaving a deposit. First, the sales guy was touchy feely with me - touching me in places as if I was his date, putting his arm around me etc. GROSS. Secondly, as I was on my way to my family's thanksgiving dinner I was INUNDATED with repeated calls and texts from the sales guy asking, then demanding I reply about the deposit and to leave the deposit that day. Let me remind you at this time I'm sitting down with my family to eat thanksgiving dinner. I had to stop my boyfriend from ripping the phone out of my hands and telling this guy where to go. I repeatedly said I would think about it and then ignored the rash, continuous messages and calls. I told the receptionist to please let the sales guy know I do not want him to contact me and I will not be returning to Meadowvale Honda. On a personal note: what kind of dealership allows this behaviour with CUSTOMERS? I can only feel sorry for any women who work at a dealership where they allow such a chauvinistic, aggressive environment. I will never, ever return and I tell anyone looking for a Honda NOT to go there at all costs. More
Service manager is incompetent. I waited for three months for him to return my call regarding a service he had offered to me to rectify a situation I was unhappy with. When I called, the problem still had no for him to return my call regarding a service he had offered to me to rectify a situation I was unhappy with.
