Poor quality of work I brought by truck in for 3 day repair, .on arrival to pick up my truck. I was totally disappointed, with the work standard they left my truck in. do not purchase rust proofing sold and applied by them 2010 ford ranger had all the rust proofing products they sell applied to truck before picking up truck 2015 rad support and door rusted through F.C.P 2010 ford ranger had all the rust proofing products they sell applied to truck before picking up truck 2015 rad support and door rusted through F.C.P.P. product manufacture covered repair costs but wanted pictures sent to them at time of repair showing proper instillation of rust control module which was not installed as per manufactures spec. this was after chasing service dep. for two months 2018 truck box front wall is rusted away body mounts are no longer holding box to frame. called F.C.P.P. to file a new claim F.C.P.P. sent me to a dealer closer to me F.C.P.P. wanted pictures of module and damage since F.C.P.P. never received pictures from last claim dealer sends in pictures F.C.P.P responded stating that the module was still not correctly installed by Meadowvale but that F.C.P.P. would as a good will gesture cover costs of repairs providing that I purchase a new module and have the dealer install it and then dealer to send pictures showing installation before repairs are started i discovered that instead of repairing rusted out areas the first time all they did was fill all holes including rad support with body filler Drew service manager states that module is correctly installed and is sorry that my truck was built with metal that rusts i am now dealing with the Better Business to find a resolution to the rust issues tried emailing Ford Canada for help waist of time next truck is going to be anything but Ford More

Went back they don't even check with reason that it is common situation with only change pad. If with that option with safety issue why to offer that option? Now ended up shaking break and wheel after spend $300~. They ask me "do you want us change it with rotors? " Which means another $600 on top of $300 spent with them in a week. You customer is i t he situation that the break was working well and took your suggestions to service. Then, facing break issue after spend $300. If you told me it's going to be worse compare to without doing so, i won't facing the situation today that you told me to my face it's my own choice. You offer it ! More
