Can't be bothered We live 4 hours away so made the deal over the phone. Made arrangements to pick up the truck a week later. Called an hour before we arrived to make sure things were running on schedule. No indication there was a problem until after our arrival. All downhill from there. Received the truck several hours after the promised time. Had to change all our plans for the day and travel a few hundred extra kilometers due to their inability to honour their commitment, but were willing to let it go. However, they neglected to connect our satellite radio. Sirius can't help us because the radio is still under the dealership account. Ford Canada can't help us because Sirius will only deal with the dealership. Despite repeated messages left with both the salesman and the sales manager, a full month later this remains unresolved. Seems like it should be a simple fix but they just can't be bothered. This is our 4th Ford truck in the last 6 years and has been far and away the worst dealership experience we've ever had. Has certainly changed the way we see Ford Canada as well. More

Disaster Normally good service. However my last visit was a disaster. Had an appointment for 2:30pm, truck didnt get in until 7pm. Was not offered a shuttle or Normally good service. I get its the busy season but at least look at my concerns somewhat close to the appointment time. Then tell me to come back another day.... Don't have a customer wait hours just to tell them to come back. On top of that I had to argue for warranty parts that were covered. As the guy tried to say they weren't. More
