Cost, customer service and follow-up are next to last! The customer doesn't come first here, the dealership and its bottom line do! The service reps are less than helpful, clearly could care less about customer relations and are obviously taught how to gouge the customer whenever possible. We've had nothing but headaches with this dealership's service department and as soon as our warranty ran out, so did we - sold the car and will never be back, maybe never own another Ford as a result. Stay away and beware if you do deal with this service department! More
