great price on a new car did all of the negotiating over the phone and internet.... car wasn't ready for pickup when we arrived.. somebody didn't check to see if the dealer t did all of the negotiating over the phone and internet.... car wasn't ready for pickup when we arrived.. somebody didn't check to see if the dealer transfer which took 4 days was going well.. it wasn't. the vehicle wasn't properly cleaned. leaves were still under the hood.. the salesperson did help finish cleaning the vehicle. overall we were pleased with the price but not with the dealer prep. Recently I needed to bring in my vehicle for service, noise in the front end , I called the service department to set up an appointment. I was told the next day had an opening for 10:00 am . I said that was fine but I would need a lift back to work. So the service lady asked where I worked , I told her Southdown Rd. and Lakeshore Rd. She then told me they didn’t cover distance that far 15 kilometres, to be exact , so I took my vehicle elsewhere, not a Ford dealership of course. They must be doing very well at Meadowvale Ford to turn down a 1000 dollars, the cost for my repair. What a joke . Be weary. More

I am from 3 1/2 hours away and had occasion to go look at the vehicle on a very snowy, miserable day and Marek made sure he was there to show me the vehicle in spite of the weather. I appreciated it and ended up buying the vehicle. It was ready as promised and Marek helped me set up my phone to the car and explained the functions of the Ford app. I would deal with him again if the occasion arises More

There, Brad Scott was the only sales representative who took the t I recently went to Meadowvale Ford in search of upgrading my existing Ford vehicle. There, Brad Scott was the only sales representative who took the time to ask me whether he could be of assistance. He asked me what vehicle I was looking for, and began explaining to me some of my options (based on my budget). Brad took the time to listen to all of my concerns in a calm and professional manner. He then "ran the numbers", and found a Ford vehicle which met my budget - and which looked very fancy too! After a test drive of the vehicle, I was still rather skeptical about the finance-aspect of the (potential) new car - though Brad took it all in stride. He kindly gave me some time to check my finances, and weigh all of my options. Needless to say, that solely thanks to Brad's incredible gift of treating his customers with care, kindness, and respect (*like actual people*), did I purchase my new Ford vehicle from Meadowvale Ford that very day! Brad kept me updated about my new vehicle (while they installed winter tires, etc.) in a timely manner. The level of professionalism that I was given was superb! I will certainly be recommending Meadowvale Ford to all of my friends and colleagues; specifically Mr. Brad Scott. Thank you again! :) More
Getting the run-around I have a 2016 Ford Escape that continues to make noise in the back end. I took it to the dealership in 2018 and they told me that there have been a lo I have a 2016 Ford Escape that continues to make noise in the back end. I took it to the dealership in 2018 and they told me that there have been a lot of complaints about this same issue. They told me it was the shocks and they would replace them under warranty. It was ok for a while and then the noise came back. Come January 3rd. 2019, while in for an oil change, I told them the same noise had returned. They diagnosed it as the same issue and told me it was covered by the extended warranty, which I had purchased when I bought the vehicle. The parts had to be ordered and they would call me to arrange the next appointment. I didn't receive any call. I called them 2 weeks later and asked what was happening. They informed me I would have to pay because the parts aren't covered by the warranty. I told her I was told it was, and I had it written as such on my last invoice. She told me she would speak with her manager and I would get a call back the next day. I didn't get a call, so I called them again 2 days later. This time the man told me it was covered and the part was still on back order and they would call me when they arrived. February 21st, 2019 I still had not heard from them so I stopped into the dealership. Again they told me it wasn't covered under warranty even though I've been told it was, and I had it in writing. They said Ford makes the rules and they have to go by what they say. It was out of their hands and I would have to complain to Ford. They even supplied me with a phone number. I decided at that exact second that this vehicle would be the last Ford product I will ever own. I thought back to the whole sales pitch I got about spending the "little bit extra" now for more warranty and it'll pay off in the end. Apparently that is not the case at all. The service people there are very nice, that's not the issue. More
