McAlpine Ford Dealership salesman asks you give them 5 out of 5 stars for the Ford Canada Survey that is sent to every new car buyer. What a joke! It's supposed to be an unbiased survey. What is the point of sending out a survey to customers, if you are being told what to score them? So here too are the fake 5 out of 5 stars. Very unscrupulous bunch starting from the guy who fills out your contract (beware and read the whole contract before you sign and/or give a deposit!) This contract is binding and there is not a cooling off period for any car vehicle contract as there is for other contracts (e.g. the purchase of a house, appliances, etc.,) McAlpine owner/Manager and Financial Manager have not provided any apology for the devious way he tried to get me to buy an Extended Warranty and the Rust Module. Very disappointed and saddened that we have to deal with people who have no honesty or moral convictions :( Will be good when dealerships will be fazed out and buying will be done direct from the manufacturer. More

Great Experience, Treated like family Walked in after my Cruze bite the bullet, and walked out the same day having got an amazing deal on a great car (2017 Escape). Unfortunately I was in Walked in after my Cruze bite the bullet, and walked out the same day having got an amazing deal on a great car (2017 Escape). Unfortunately I was in an accident and it was written off 3 days after pick-up. Greg, Jason and Gabe bent over backwards and got me an amazing deal on yet another 2017 Escape with a few upgrades over the original purchase. I have never felt like such a VIP in a dealership before. My wife was treated like royalty and everything was explained to her carefully. She made a point in letting everyone there know how well she feels she was treated and thanked them for such a wonderful experience. The McApline team went above and beyond, and they will have all my future business exclusively. I have even got my own family members to give them their business. More

Not so "new" truck I purchased at a new truck price. They don't have the exact truck I want in their lot but Randy found one at another dealership around the same area, 10km away and offered me a price w They don't have the exact truck I want in their lot but Randy found one at another dealership around the same area, 10km away and offered me a price which they said was the best they could. I asked if that was a demo and they said that is new. So we went ahead and signed the agreement. Picked up the truck last night, it was raining and the truck was parked outside. The paperwork showed there is 427km on it! Asked why it had so many km on it and was told they needed to do inspection and it went for spray the bedliner. Checked the bedliner shop which was only 10km away. Anyway, we drove off the lot and for dinner. After dinner rain stopped abit so I was opening the window and found deep scratches which actually damaged the tint from inside! When back to dealership and showed to Kayla right away and she said they will take care of that. After we went home so checked the car more in detail.. someone named Charles G. Had their phone set up in the system! And when we get the info from the dash, it showed the engine run time was 14 hours and idle 3 hours!!!! How can you tell a customer with that kind of mileage and run time as new?! I called Ford Canada and they told me the truck was delivered to the original dealership 6-7months ago and with that kind of mileage it should be a demo/test drive unit. This kind of info never got disclosed to me and as a customer, I would have backed out from the deal right at the beginning because the pricing I am paying for, I am expecting a brand new vehicle unde 100km! I emailed to Randy and general manager, Tony and sale manager and also Andrew who was the one who we sign the service plan and other accessories stuff with and waiting for their response now. Hopefully it would get resolved quick. More

Great experience buying my Mustang from Andy I bought my first new car in 18 years from Andy at McAlpine Ford. He spent a lot of time with me going over options and looking for a 2016 Mustang th I bought my first new car in 18 years from Andy at McAlpine Ford. He spent a lot of time with me going over options and looking for a 2016 Mustang that matched my wish list - Ruby Red and manual transmission. In the end, I had to order a 2017. Andy kept me up to date on when it was going to be built, etc. and when the car came in, I think he was as excited to give it to me as I was to get it! He set up all the navigation and radio/phone options for me and ran through all the things I needed to know, and even put up with my very rusty stickshift driving to gas up the car. I haven't been in for service yet, but I am sure that the service experience will be as good as the sales experience. Thanks Andy and McAlpine Ford! More
