Wordt Ford dealer EVER !!! I have been a loyal Ford buyer for the last thirty years so wanted to test drive an Escape. My 17yr old Mustang is starting to decline... I went into this dealership at 2pm and was told we couldn't do a test drive because they close at 3:30pm !! Hard to believe. A test drive takes only ten mins tops esp in a small town. The salesman didn't offer his card or to invite me to come back the next week, no follow up. I guess sales must be great if they don't need any more sales. More

The manager was extremely rude to the sales guy dealing with us And the finance guy they took me to quite frankly he made me feel uncomfortable. I felt like he was flirting with me and very unprofessional. I was uncomfortable giving out my personal information to him. In the end I feel like I won't buy from there again unless I have a male with me. More

I had done my research and found a suitable Ford Edge off of their used-vehicle inventory on their website, and within minutes of walking through the door I was taking it for a test drive. I was assisted by a young woman named Kayla and right away could tell she was going to work hard to find the best deal for me. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and I could tell that she genuinely cared about her customers. I would definitely deal with Mcalpine again and would recommend anyone else do the same. More

They promised me a 2017 F150 to be delivered this week. But ended up with nothing. Ask for my deposit back and they had given me a hard time returning my deposit back. They has to be the worst customer service values I have ever encountered. I never felt so embarassement by this dealership. So if you still value customer service and a good deal, DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! they will try to hold you there and sign those papers. Go somewhere else!!! More

McAlpine Ford Dealership salesman asks you give them 5 out of 5 stars for the Ford Canada Survey that is sent to every new car buyer. What a joke! It's supposed to be an unbiased survey. What is the point of sending out a survey to customers, if you are being told what to score them? So here too are the fake 5 out of 5 stars. Very unscrupulous bunch starting from the guy who fills out your contract (beware and read the whole contract before you sign and/or give a deposit!) This contract is binding and there is not a cooling off period for any car vehicle contract as there is for other contracts (e.g. the purchase of a house, appliances, etc.,) McAlpine owner/Manager and Financial Manager have not provided any apology for the devious way he tried to get me to buy an Extended Warranty and the Rust Module. Very disappointed and saddened that we have to deal with people who have no honesty or moral convictions :( Will be good when dealerships will be fazed out and buying will be done direct from the manufacturer. More

Great Experience, Treated like family Walked in after my Cruze bite the bullet, and walked out the same day having got an amazing deal on a great car (2017 Escape). Unfortunately I was in an accident and it was written off 3 days after pick-up. Greg, Jason and Gabe bent over backwards and got me an amazing deal on yet another 2017 Escape with a few upgrades over the original purchase. I have never felt like such a VIP in a dealership before. My wife was treated like royalty and everything was explained to her carefully. She made a point in letting everyone there know how well she feels she was treated and thanked them for such a wonderful experience. The McApline team went above and beyond, and they will have all my future business exclusively. I have even got my own family members to give them their business. More
