Bad experience I bought a Mazda CX5 from this dealer, the sales person Dave, did a god job selling the car, quick and smoothly, however after the car was sold the go I bought a Mazda CX5 from this dealer, the sales person Dave, did a god job selling the car, quick and smoothly, however after the car was sold the good service was gone, I detected some issues in the car, since the car was new to me I wasn't too sure what it was, I felt like transmission but I also felt a little click coming from somewhere in the car, I thought it could be all related. I asked the dealer to check the car, but it took for ever for them to give me an answer and only because I pushed it, They say the check very well all their cars, clearly mine wasn't. Finally after months, I got an appointment to check the car that was supposed to be complimentary, I mentioned this time that the noise was coming probably from the suspension, as time had passed and I'm more aware now and used to the noise, so I know better from where it could come. However, I was asked to pay, because "more than 3 months passed since I bought the car. Why is so hard to understand that they caused this issue by not taking care of the issue on time, when I first complained? Why it took so long? They do not stand by their cars. Once the cars are sold they do not care about clients, much less about the cars they sell. More

I can't even tell you how many people I have sent to this dealership. In fact, I will travel across town just to get service from this dealership. Check them out. Even the after service was outstanding. Rana, was the first person I was introduced to and he went above and beyond to take care of everything I needed when acquiring a new vehicle. Dave, one of the reps there, also should extreme patience and respect.
