Shady, abrupt & unprofessional service I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I was threatened and spoken to in a very abrupt and rude manner. One of the employees tried to rope I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I was threatened and spoken to in a very abrupt and rude manner. One of the employees tried to rope me into a contract and started the process without informing me or showing me any type of agreement or car history, without any type of insurance from my end. When I tried to figure out what was going on and mentioned that I did not want to go through with this dealer any longer, they began threatening me and telling me I had to go through with it although there was no deposit or signed contract. The salesman tried to cover up his mistakes for doing things under my nose, and tried to make me believe that I couldn’t get out of a contract I never even signed or saw. I was taken advantage of and treated very poorly just so they could make a sale. I ended up having to pay for someone else’s mistake. When I got there to sort things out, they began to apologize and cover up all the problems they caused for me. It’s so important to know your rights and not trust that everyone has ethical values and practices. More
