New Car Then Horrible Service My Girlfriend and I just bought a new 2017 mazda 3 from here. Having a pleasant experience I decided to bring my 2014 mazda 6 in for an oil change an My Girlfriend and I just bought a new 2017 mazda 3 from here. Having a pleasant experience I decided to bring my 2014 mazda 6 in for an oil change and a check up. Once i payed for my service, drove home and looked at my car from the passenger side I noticed a new new big dent under the passenger side door with some paint scratched off and some sort of grease smeared on the dent. I then proceeded to call them back, where I was told their technicians were too busy to talk and they would call me back 2 days later.... After two days I got a call telling me I was lying and there's no way that they did that damage. They weren't interested in seeing the damage only asking the technician if it happened and that was enough to call their customer a liar. I will never bring business to, or recommend anyone to use this dealership. More

Met up with Art ... again Walked in to the dealership only to find Art the salesman that sold me my last Mazda just down the road. Felt very good to deal with someone that I had trusted once before and got great service from. The purchase of my 2017 Mazda 3 was smooth and professional. Art informed me of the incentives that I was entitled to and that Mazda had to offer. The only negative I have to say is that the Finance person, Eli, was new and not confident in his job yet. With this, I wasted a lot of time sitting and waiting while he figured things out. I tried to be patient as everyone has to learn some how...I just wish I had of known ahead of time that it was going to take so long to get the paperwork done with him. I sit here today waiting for my service on my car (oil change, tire rotation)...so at this point I cannot speak to the Service department at this dealership. More

Poor service! Awful experience!!!!! Bought my car here - first few services were fine. Last few times I called they have been very negative. Not helpful. Very dismissive. I asked for someone to talk to about issues and the person I spoke to was dismissive and spoke down to me as if I knew nothing. I will be bringing my service elsewhere - at least my business is appreciated and my concerns are dealt with in a professional manner. Wish I could give them a zero! More

Service department - poor service I did not purchase my Mazda at this dealership but did have it serviced there last month because of a recall. I had never used their shuttle service b I did not purchase my Mazda at this dealership but did have it serviced there last month because of a recall. I had never used their shuttle service before. After I called and asked to be picked up from work, I waited 90 minutes to be picked up from work after I called but no one showed up. In that time I had called the dealership service department twice to ask where my ride was, the only response I received was "he is on his way". I ended up calling a family member from out of town to come and get me. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car, no apology from the service department. Very poor service. They had my cell phone number, they could have called me to let me know what was happening. I will never get my Mazda serviced there again. More

Rip Off Dealership Stay away from this dealership !!! Brought my 2010 Mazda 6 in under a re-call for rust problem !! They literally had taken a spray can and painted the Stay away from this dealership !!! Brought my 2010 Mazda 6 in under a re-call for rust problem !! They literally had taken a spray can and painted the effected areas leaving drips and runs along the bottom rocker panel !! 6-8 weeks for parts orders ?? Way-WAY over priced service quotes combined with a truly un-professional staff that has no clue on customer service concludes me to say " STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!" This dealership should just close it's doors and go away !!! More

My next vehicle was a Nissan, so I wasn't aware of the management change. I hadn't been back for a few years. Well, it's a whole new place. And, that's not a compliment. The entire staff in each department from sales to service to financing is uncoordinated and a mess. No one knows what the last person said. There were so many mess ups in my attempted purchase, I pulled the plug. There is much more to this story. Too much to write here.. Needless to say, I did not proceed. Stay away. Stay far, FAR away. More

Worst Service Department *AVOID* I bought my car here in 2015, at that time it was Upper Jamee Mazda. The service department here.. wow where do I even begin. My car has been coming here for recalls and oil changes in that time I have owned the car. These service people have chipped my paint, dinged my door and ruined my rims. They don't hold themselves accountable for damages and Mazda of Canada is a push over. I went in recently for a door lock problem, waiting 2 hours these people fix the wrong door.. Got into my car still same issue, these people have no clue and will scam you. My 2015 Mazda is a smooth clean ride and I try to take pride in what I have. I'll never buy a Ford or a Mazda again these people are theives trust me on that. More
